5th Circuit Court Of Appeals Lifts Bogus Injuction, Freeing Up $3.6 Billion For Construction Of Trump’s Border Wall – National Review
.

.
On Wednesday, a federal appellate court lifted an injunction by a lower court which had prevented $3.6 billion in military funds from being used for the construction of a barrier on the U.S.-Mexico border.

The 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, based in New Orleans, ruled 2-1 to lift the injunction put in place in December by El Paso-based District Court Judge David Briones, a Clinton appointee.

The court’s two Republican appointees ruled that the plaintiffs in the suit – the city of El Paso and the Border Network for Human Rights – lacked the standing to challenge the administration’s use of the funds as an encroachment on Congress’s appropriation powers…

Not So Shocking Report: Record Number Of Guns Sold As Dems Vow To Disintegrate Rights – Zero Hedge

In a not so surprising report, the FBI conducted a record number of background checks for gun sales in 2019. All of these gun purchases ramp up every time democrats open their mouths voicing support to disintegrating the rights of the people.

The FBI carried out a record 28 million background checks on firearms purchases in 2019, as Americans rushed to buy weapons amid calls by wealthy elitists in Hollywood and Democrat politicians for tougher gun laws.

According to FBI data, 28,369,750 background checks were performed in 2019, smashing the previous record of 27 million in 2016. The agency ran 202,465 checks on Black Friday alone.

The Christmas period was a festive one for firearms retailers, with just under three million checks carried out in December, the second-highest month since the National Instant Criminal Background Check System began in 1998. – RT…

Leftist New York Times Columnist Paul Krugman Says Hacker Used His IP Address To Download Child Porn – Breitbart
.

.
Paul Krugman said Wednesday that his IP address had been “compromised” and used to download “child pornography.”

Krugman, a New York Times columnist and economics professor at the Graduate Center of the City University of New York, speculated in a tweet that it “could be an attempt to Qanon me,” referring to the movement popular on many online message boards that believes an anonymous government insider, known as Q, is secretly leaking details of an epic battle between President Trump and the Deep State.

Well, I’m on the phone with my computer security service, and as I understand it someone compromised my IP address and is using it to download child pornography…

Dipshits Arrested For Gluing Winning Numbers Onto Lottery Ticket – New York Post

Two men in Mississippi wanted to claim a $100,000 lottery prizes so bad, they glued the winning numbers onto a losing ticket, authorities said.

Odis Latham, 47, and Russell Sparks, 48, both of Columbus, tried to claim the scratch-off winnings at the lottery headquarters in Flowood on Monday, Mississippi Lottery Corp. spokeswoman Meg Annison told the Clarion-Ledger.

The ticket was immediately determined to have been altered using glue to paste on the winnings numbers to match the prize. The lottery agency called the Flowood Police Department about two adult males allegedly trying to claim the ticket.

Latham and Sparks were arrested at the lottery headquarters and have been charged with conspiracy to commit a felony and uttering a counterfeit instrument over $1,000. Latham was also charged with false identification information.

Both are being held in the Rankin County jail and are expected to appear in court Tuesday…

Iran Plane Crash: Ukraine Refuses To Rule Out Boeing 737 Was Shot Down By Missile Near Tehran Killing 176 – Daily Telegraph
.

.
Iran is facing mounting pressure to explain the destruction of a civilian airliner near Tehran hours after Iranian forces launched missile strikes against U.S. forces.

Three Britons were among 176 people killed when an Ukrainian International Airlines Boeing 737 plunged into a nosedive and exploded shortly after take-off from Tehran’s Imam Ayatollah Khomeini International Airport on Wednesday morning.

Iran dismissed speculation that the aircraft had been downed by a missile but said it would not hand over the black boxes from the aircraft to Boeing, in an unusual move likely prompted by high tensions with the United States…

At least 56 Iranians were crushed to death Tuesday in a stampede that erupted during the funeral for Qassem Soleimani, the general killed last week in a U.S. airstrike, the country’s state media is reporting.

The gory episode in Soleimani’s hometown of Kerman, which also reportedly left more than 200 injured, came as the U.S. Maritime Administration is warning ships across the Middle East to be on alert for possible retaliatory attacks from Iran.

“Unfortunately as a result of the stampede, some of our compatriots have been injured and some have been killed during the funeral processions,” Pirhossein Koulivand, the head of Iran’s emergency medical services, told state media…

Americans Receive Fake Texts Saying They’ve Been Drafted For War – Zero Hedge

The U.S. Army Recruiting Command (USAREC) reported Tuesday that fake texts are informing Americans that they’ve been selected for a military draft and to report to the nearest recruiting station for “immediate departure” to the Middle East.

USAREC confirmed the texts that were widespread and have been sent to many across the country but assures everyone the mass draft texts are fake.

“Army Recruiting Command has received multiple calls and emails about these fake text messages and wants to ensure Americans understand these texts are false and were not initiated by this command or the U.S. Army,” USAREC said in a blog post.

“The decision to enact a draft is not made at or by U.S. Army Recruiting Command. The Selective Service System, a separate agency outside of the Department of Defense, is the organization that manages registration for the Selective Service,” USAREC said…

Private Payrolls Soar: 202,000 Jobs Added In December – Breitbart

The U.S. private sector added 202,000 positions in December, according to an estimate from ADP and Moody’s Analytics. This far outpaced the 150,000 new hires forecast by economists. In addition, ADP revised its November estimate dramatically higher, from 67,000 to 160,000.

The report suggests that the labor market ended 2019 in a position of rising strength. The Labor Department will release its report on the jobs situation on Friday. Economists expect that to show a gain of 160,000 private and public sector jobs.

Medium sized businesses, those with between 50 and 499 employees, led the way in job growth, adding 88,000 jobs. Larger businesses added 69,000 and smaller firms added 45,000, ADP/Moody’s said.

Despite the very high number of new positions in December, Moody’s Analytics chief economist Mark Zandi said that job gains “continue to moderate.”

“Manufacturers, energy producers and small companies have been shedding jobs. Unemployment is low, but will begin to rise if job growth slows much further,” Zandi said…

President Trump Says Iran ‘Appears To Be Standing Down’; Missile Strikes Resulted In No Casualties – Fox News
.

.
President Trump declared Wednesday that Iran “appears to be standing down,” in the wake of missile strikes on American bases in Iraq that he said resulted in “no casualties.”

“The American people should be extremely grateful and happy,” Trump said, in an address to the nation from the White House the morning after the attacks. “No Americans were harmed in last night’s attack by the Iranian regime.”

While the attacks marked the latest escalation with Tehran in the precarious aftermath of a U.S. drone strike that killed the top Iranian general, they appeared to open the door to reducing tensions after it became clear that no American forces were killed. Trump indicated Wednesday that he indeed considers the nature of the strikes as a sign that Tehran has taken an off-ramp…

Pentagon: Iran Fires More Than A Dozen Ballistic Missiles At Iraqi Bases Housing U.S. Troops – Epoch Times

Iranian officials said missiles were launched at U.S. troops in Iraq in retaliation after Iranian Gen. Qassem Suleimani’s death in Baghdad, according to Iranian state-run media outlets, in an attack that was later confirmed by the Pentagon.

A Pentagon spokesperson later confirmed missiles were fired at two or more Iraqi bases with American and coalition forces.

“It is clear that these missiles were launched from Iran and targeted at least two Iraqi military bases hosting U.S. military and coalition personnel at Al Asad and Irbil,” Jonathan Hoffman, assistant to the Secretary of Defense for Public Affairs, said in a statement. “We are working on initial battle damage assessments.”

More than a dozen missiles were fired at the base, he added.

Gropey Joe’s Coke-Head Son Hunter Linked To 2016 Identity Theft Involving Deceased Brother – Fox News

Newly submitted court documents link Hunter Biden, the son of Democratic presidential candidate and former Vice President Joe Biden, to an identity theft case from 2016 when he was allegedly being checked into an unidentified Arizona facility.

The court papers were filed Monday in an Arkansas court as part of a paternity battle over a child the Hunter Biden shares with Lunden Roberts, who met the scandal-plagued businessman at a Washington, D.C., strip club where she worked. While the question of whether or not Biden is a father is no longer an issue – a DNA test confirmed he is the baby’s father – the parents are at odds over issues such as child support.

Bernie Says His Dumbest Thing Yet – Stephen Kruiser

Bernie Sanders’s appeal has always been lost on me. It’s not just a political thing, either. He seems mentally unstable on his best days, ranting and raving about the “oligarchy” with that stupid accent of his. Everything about him irritates me.

I’m starting to get a nervous feeling in the pit of my stomach about Sanders. After the last election we know that anything can happen. My New Year’s fear is that Joe Biden will finally implode on the campaign trail and show up on stage at a rally wearing nothing but a cowboy hat and carrying a chicken. That’ll probably be too much for even the Democrats and they’ll start looking to the next in line, which has been Sanders since the beginning of the year.

The thought of Sanders in the White House truly frightens me. His politics are warped, un-American, and really shouldn’t see the light of day outside of an insane asylum.

Sanders probably says more stupid things in a day than any politician not named Alexandria Ocasio-COrtez, and no one in the press ever calls him on any of it…

Senator Hawley Introduces Resolution To Dismiss “Bogus Impeachment” Charges Against Trump – National Review

Senator Josh Hawley (R., Mo.) on Monday introduced a resolution to update Senate rules and dismiss the “bogus impeachment” against President Trump if House Speaker Nancy Pelosi continues to delay in sending impeachment articles to the Senate for a trial.

“Speaker Pelosi started this bogus impeachment by claiming President Trump was an urgent ‘threat to democracy’ who had to be removed now,” Hawley said in a press release. “But after a bipartisan vote against the articles in the House, and with the public opposed to the Democrats’ partisan games, Pelosi has changed her tune.”

“… If Speaker Pelosi is afraid to try her case, the articles should be dismissed for failure to prosecute and Congress should get back to doing the people’s business,” he added.

UK’s ‘Most Prolific Rapist’, Convicted Of Abusing 48 Men, Gets Life In Prison – Detroit Free Press

A man described by prosecutors as “the most prolific rapist in British legal history” was sentenced to life in prison after his conviction for sexual offenses against 48 men, though he could be released after 30 years.

Authorities said the evidence against Reynhard Sinaga, 36, indicates he had many more victims: Roughly 195 men were filmed while being abused in his apartment. Many were unconscious.

Judge Suzanne Goddard said in Manchester Crown Court the true number of Sinaga’s victims may never be known.

“You are an evil serial sexual predator who has preyed upon young men who came into the city center wanting nothing more than a good night out with their friends,” she said. “One of your victims described you as a monster. 42 Million Babies Were Aborted In 2019, Becoming Leading Worldwide Cause Of Death – Big League Politics

According to the tracking service, Worldometers, 42 million abortions were carried out around the world in 2019. For another year, abortion became the leading cause of death in the world.

As of December 31, Worldometers recorded 42.4 million abortions, which represented more than half the total number of deaths by every other cause (58.6 million). Lifesite News reported that abortions “dwarfed every individual cause of death, including overall deaths due to disease (13 million).”

However, the true total number of abortions is murky because Worldometers uses statistics on health and mortality from the World Health Organization (WHO), which then relies on figures from the pro-abortion Guttmacher Institute.

“(O)f the 56.3 million global abortions Guttmacher estimates annually, no more than 10 percent can be officially accounted for and only 23 percent have any basis in empirical evidence,” Abort73’s Michael Spielman wrote…

Black Man Leaves Drugs, Stolen Handgun In Designer Bags At Louisiana Convenience Store – New York Post

Louisiana authorities are perplexed over why a man left apparent designer bags holding drugs, a gun, cash and a digital scale in a convenience store. The man went into the store early Thursday and put the Louis Vuitton and Gucci bags on a chair, according to a news release Friday.

Green Psychosis Update: UK Police Wasted £1.5 Million On Electric Cars That Can’t Chase Criminals – Breitbart

Police forces in the United Kingdom have squandered over a million pounds on electric cars that are incapable of chasing criminals or performing emergency services because the eco-friendly vehicles are too slow and take too long to charge.

A freedom of information request found that police in the UK have spent £1.49 million on 448 green cars and vans. However, the actual cost of the eco-police fleets is likely much higher as many districts have not reported their purchases.

The official police reports admit that the battery-powered cars are incapable of fulfilling police duties such as chasing criminals or handling emergency response situations and often run out of power before a shift ends.

The vehicles are used almost exclusively in non-emergency situations or to drive police chiefs to work, reports the Daily Mail. The Metropolitan Police Service (MPS) has bought dozens of electric cars…

21 State Attorneys General Ask U.S. Supreme Court To Void One Of Maryland’s Leftist Gun Control Laws – Epoch Times
.

A coalition of 21 state attorneys general is asking the Supreme Court to strike down a Maryland law that denies concealed carry permits unless applicants can convince local officials they have a “good and substantial reason” to be granted one by local authorities.

West Virginia Attorney General Patrick Morrisey, a Republican, and the other state officials filed a friend-of-the-court brief with the Supreme Court Dec. 18 in a case cited as Malpasso v. Pallozzi.

Morrisey and the others want to expand the scope of protection afforded to gun-ownership rights after the high court ruled in District of Columbia v. Furious Parents Walk Out Of Public School Meeting In Protest Over Deranged “Transgender” Bathroom Policy – MEAWW

Sorry Democrats: New Zealand’s Gun Confiscation Program Just Failed Miserably – Washington Examiner

Almost every Democrat running for president supports so-called “gun buybacks.” Too bad they don’t work.

Proposals range from Joe Biden’s voluntary gun buybacks to the more radical mandatory confiscation proposed by Cory Booker. (He still misleadingly calls it a “buyback.”) So it’s worth examining how such buybacks played out recently in New Zealand, which passed a ban on the sale of semiautomatic weapons and a mandatory gun buyback program after a tragic shooting in April.

The deadline for the mandatory gun buyback program was Friday. The New Zealand program successfully led to the compensated confiscation of 51,000 of the targeted firearms. But as the left-leaning Guardian newspaper reports, this is out of an estimated 170,000 such guns currently in circulation. And there are still a minimum of 1.2 million legally owned firearms in New Zealand on top of that.

This means that many people ignored the demand that they turn in their guns and trust the supposedly benevolent government to protect them from themselves…

Winning: President Trump Adds Two GOP Judges To 9th Circuit Court Of Appeals – One America News

President Trump has added conservative influence to the federal appeals court best known for its Democrat judges. The Senate officially confirmed the president’s decision to add two conservative judges to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, which oversees cases in the western part of the U.S.

This month, Judges Lawrence VanDyke and Patrick Bumatay were appointed by President Trump. The court, which was once dominated by liberals, now has more than a third of the president’s appointees.

It has long been lambasted as the most partisan of all 13 appeals courts due to its lack of party diversity. However, that reputation could change after the president’s latest move to rebuild the once liberal court.

Moving forward, district cases coming out of blue states, such as California, could potentially receive pushback from the Ninth Circuit on issues such as green cards, healthcare and abortion…

One of the very many reasons I would never vote Left (Democrat) is because of the child-like view of the world embraced by those with this ideology. Children, or adults with childish notions, running the world are a recipe for disaster.

This is particularly true in the economic part of our world – a world that deeply impacts each of our lives, every day of the year. Score another million votes for President Trump in the coming 2020 election.

The Year Socialism Became A Dirty Word… Again – Flavia Krause-Jackson

It was a bad year to be any kind of socialist in Europe. The decline has been long and agonizing for a once-dominant force, but in 2019 falling popularity reached new depths and raised questions over whether reinvention can lead to a revival.

A decade ago, the prime ministers of Britain, Spain, Greece and even Hungary were from the center-left. Many went on to swiftly lose power, but then socialist governments emerged in France and Italy. Now the political brand looks like an anachronism.

Populism has tested the ability of mainstream parties to adapt and some on the center-right are regaining their footing. That cannot be said of the traditional left. It gravitated toward the middle ground in the 1990s, and then paid a price for selling out. But a pendulum swing to 1970s-style radical ideology has been shown to be just as out of sync with the times.

This year ends with the humiliation of the Labour Party in the U.K.’s Dec. 12 election and Germany’s Social Democrats more unpopular than at any time in living memory…

Three Ukrainian Officials Swear Under Oath That Ukraine Interfered In The 2016 U.S. Election Against Donald Trump – Gateway Pundit

The liberal #FakeNews mainstream media continues to play defense for Democrats insisting that Ukraine did NOT interfere in the 2016 US presidential election. Of course, this is fake news.

The Gateway Pundit was the first publication to interview Ukrainian whistleblower and former embassy official Andrii Telizhenko back in December 2018. In early 2016 Telizhenko was approached by DNC operative Alexandra Chalupa. She is still working at the DNC. She wanted dirt on Trump and his campaign manager Paul Manafort.

The Ukrainian embassy in Washington DC worked VERY CLOSELY with DNC operative and Hillary supporter Alexandra Chalupa. Chalupa told Andrii she wanted Russian “dirt” on the Trump campaign.

Mueller has no interest in hearing Andrii’s story. It doesn’t fit his narrative. Mueller and his angry Democrat lawyers are not interested in the truth. They only want to destroy Trump…

Muslim Awarded $120,000 Cash Reward After Refusing To Remove Hijab For Mugshot – Big League Politics
.

.
A Minnesota Muslim criminal has received a $120,000 cash reward after she refused to remove her hijab for a mugshot while detained at a jail in Ramsey County.

Aida Shyef Al-Kadi, a 57-year-old Muslim woman, claimed that it was “one of the most humiliating and harmful experiences” to remove her headwear like any other inmate would be required to do.

“I knew that I did not want any other Muslim woman to experience what I did,” she said at the Minneapolis headquarters of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) last week to announce the settlement.

Al-Kadi was booked after missing a court appearance regarding a traffic offense…

Muslim Police Officer, Hired To Promote Diversity, Ends Up Being Part Of Child Sex Trafficking Gang – Zero Hedge

A Muslim police officer in the United Kingdom who was hired to promote diversity ended up being part of a grooming gang that sex trafficked children.

Ditta was appointed in 2016 as a diversity officer “to boost numbers of Black and Minority Ethnic (BME) people applying to join the force” after then Prime Minister Theresa May said the number of black and Asian officers in the UK was “simply not good enough.”

Upon his appointment, Ditta said the police force should reflect the community it serves in terms of diversity. Three years later and it emerges that Ditta abused his position to target teenage girls. He has now been suspended from duty.

The other men arrested as part of the sex trafficking sting include Vaqaas Abbas, Nadeem Adalat, Sajid Adalat, Vaseem Adalat, Amjad Ditta, Christopher Eastwood, Metab Islam, Mohammed Rizwan Iqbal, Ishtiaq Latif, Asad Mahmood, Arfan Mir, Younis Mohammed aka Younis Khan, Nadeem Nassir, Shahzad Nawaz, Shazad Nazir, and Sohail Zafar…

FISA Judge Orders FBI To Identify All Cases Involving Lawyer Who Allegedly Altered Carter Page Email – Daily Caller

The judge presiding over the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISC) ordered the FBI in a secret court filing earlier in December to identify all cases handled by a former FBI lawyer who allegedly altered an email during the investigation of former Trump campaign adviser Carter Page.

Judge Rosemary Collyer ordered the review Dec. 5, several days before the release of a Justice Department inspector general’s (IG) report that found the FBI made “significant inaccuracies” in applications to surveil Page.

The report said a now-former FBI lawyer who has been identified as Kevin Clinesmith altered an email from the bureau’s liaison to the CIA in June 2017 to say Page was “not a source” for the agency…

New York Cops Frame Innocent Brothers For Cocaine Possession, Try To Destroy Video Evidence – Washington Standard

To all those who make the bogus claim of “if you don’t do anything wrong, you have nothing to worry about,” consider the following case as even more evidence of how ridiculous that assertion is.

Two innocent brothers were framed by NYPD cops who were caught on video destroying video evidence of their egregious act. Luckily for the brothers, the hard drive in the video recorder survived and it caught these badged criminals in the act.

Earlier this year, apparent criminals with the NYPD’s gang unit executed a search warrant on a store owned by two brothers. The entrepreneurs had committed no crime, were conducting 100% legal business, yet they were kidnapped by officers and caged for over a month on false charges.

The cops accused the brothers of having a large amount of cocaine and when they were booked into jail, the DA’s office provided no documentation and asked for the two brothers to be held without bail…

Movita Johnson-Harrell, a West Philadelphia Democrat, said Wednesday that she would resign after prosecutors charged her with stealing more than $500,000 from her own nonprofit and spending it on family vacations, designer clothing, furs, personal bills – and her bid for the legislature.

State Attorney General Josh Shapiro said Johnson-Harrell engaged in “brazen corruption” and systematically tried to cover up her crimes by falsifying records and financial statements.

Battleground Ohio: Investigation Uncovers Hundreds Of Illegally Registered Non-Citizen Voters – PJ Media

Ohio Secretary of State Frank LaRose announced on Wednesday that an investigation by his office has uncovered hundreds of illegally registered non-citizen voters, 77 of whom cast ballots in the November 2018 election.

In a letter to Attorney Dave Yost on December 4, LaRose, a Republican, explained, “As a result of our review, my office has identified 277 individuals who registered to vote in Ohio and 77 individuals who cast a ballot in an Ohio election and who appear to be legally present, noncitizens.”

The Secretary of State said the review “utilized a cross-matching of the voter rolls in the Statewide Voter Registration Database with the list of individuals who have Ohio driver licenses or state identification cards.”

He noted that while the state does not maintain a “comprehensive database” of non-citizens in Ohio, Bureau of Motor Vehicles records do indicate the citizenship status of individuals who apply for driver’s licenses or state identification cards…

Devin Nunes: Adam Schiff Violated My ‘Civil Liberties’ With Phone Snooping; Pursuing ‘All Legal Options’ – Breitbart

Rep. Devin Nunes (R-CA) said Wednesday that House Intelligence Committee chair Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) violated his civil liberties by snooping in his phone records and publishing them in his impeachment report.

Schiff’s Democratic majority released a 300-page report on Tuesday, on the eve of the first impeachment hearings in the House Judiciary Committee, summarizing the testimony in its own inquiry. (Republicans released a dissenting report on Monday.)

None of the information in Schiff’s report was new – except for the inclusion of phone records, which the report suggested showed coordination between Nunes and President Donald Trump’s lawyer, Rudy Giuliani, ostensibly to smear Ambassador Marie Yovanovitch or “dig up dirt” on former Vice President Joe Biden.

In a press conference Tuesday, Schiff declined to say when, or how, he had obtained the phone records…

Stockholm: Elderly Residents Kicked Out Of Apartments To Make Way For Migrants – Zero Hedge

Dozens of elderly residents were forced to leave their apartments in an area of Stockholm after the block was closed, only to be re-opened again for migrants to replace them.

Residents at Dianagهrden were told they would have to leave because the toilets in the facility were 5cm too small to comply with regulations. However, soon after the 48 apartments were emptied, they were filled with newly arrived migrants.

“It was later revealed that politicians planned that immigrants would instead move into the premises,” reports Fria Tider.

In 2015, Sweden accepted more refugees per capita than any other country, and despite worsening problems with sexual assaults, grenade attacks and violent crime, the inflow shows no sign of being seriously restricted.

A recent opinion poll found that the anti-mass migration Sweden Democrats are now the most popular party in Sweden…

Corruption At The FBI, CIA And DOJ – Victor Davis Hanson

One symptom of a society in crisis is the unreliability or even corruption of its own auditors. After all, when the watchmen have lost moral authority to watch, who can be believed or trusted? Or, as the Roman satirist Juvenal famously put it, “Who will guard the guardians?”

It was recently reported that FBI lawyer Kevin Clinesmith altered an email to bolster a suspicious FBI effort to obtain a Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court warrant authorizing the surveillance of Carter Page, a onetime employee of the Trump campaign.

If true, Mr. Clinesmith helped the FBI successfully delude the court into granting what was likely an illegal request to spy on the Trump campaign. Mr. Clinesmith was reportedly expelled from special counsel Robert Mueller’s legal team for cheering on opposition to the Trump presidency by writing “Viva la resistance!” in a text message discussion…

Canada: Woman Awarded $20,000 After She Was Arrested For Not Holding Escalator Handrail – Washington Standard

In one of the most ridiculous cases of police overreach we’ve ever seen, an innocent woman was placed under arrest and cited for “disobeying” a sign recommending that individuals on the escalator hold the handrail. Now, after fighting for justice for years, Bela Kosoian is finally seeing justice.

The incident unfolded when Kosoian was at the Montmorency Metro station. As this innocent woman rode the escalator, a police officer – who just knew he had found himself a hardened criminal hellbent on burning down society for not holding a handrail – targeted her for extortion and kidnapping.

The officer pointed out that Kosoian was disobeying a pictograph with the instruction “Hold the handrail.” Knowing that she had done nothing wrong, Kosoian flexed her rights and refused to comply with the officer’s unlawful stop and refused to identify herself. This infuriated the officer who then escalated the situation, no pun intended.

Kosoian was then arrested and held for 30 minutes before being let go…

Trump Administration Moves To End Food Stamps For 700,000 Able-Bodied Americans – Bloomberg

The Trump administration will announce a plan Wednesday to end food stamps benefits for more than 700,000 Americans, issuing a new regulation that makes it harder for states to gain waivers from a requirement that beneficiaries work or participate in a vocational training program, according to people familiar with the matter.

Conservatives have long sought cuts in the federal food assistance program for the poor. House Republicans tried to impose similar restrictions last year when Congress renewed the program but were rebuffed in the Senate.

The work requirement covers “able-bodied” recipients. A U.S. Department of Agriculture spokeswoman said it doesn’t apply to recipients who are over 50, disabled or pregnant, or anyone with a child under 18.

The measure would be the first of three Trump administration initiatives curtailing food stamp benefits to take effect…

150 Los Zetas Cartel Gunmen Crossed Into Texas Before Deadly Attack That Killed 22 – Breitbart

The Governor of Coahuila, a Mexican state bordering Texas, revealed that approximately 150 cartel gunmen illegally snuck into Texas through dirt roads and the border river as they made their way to the Mexican town of Villa Union for an hours-long shootout that killed 23 individuals – including four cops and two firefighters.

101 Media Mistakes In the Trump Era: The Definitive List – Sharyl Attkisson

We the media have “fact-checked” President Trump like we have fact-checked no other human being on the planet – and he’s certainly given us plenty to write about. That’s probably why it’s so easy to find lists enumerating and examining his mistakes, missteps and “lies.”

But as self-appointed arbiters of truth, we’ve largely excused our own unprecedented string of fact-challenged reporting. The truth is, formerly well-respected, top news organizations are making repeat, unforced errors in numbers that were unheard of just a couple of years ago.

Our repeat mistakes involve declaring that Trump’s claims are “lies” when they are matters of opinion, or when the truth between conflicting sources is unknowable; taking Trump’s statements and events out of context; reporting secondhand accounts against Trump without attribution as if they’re established fact; relying on untruthful, conflicted sources; and presenting reporter opinions in news stories – without labeling them as opinions.

What’s worse, we defend ourselves by trying to convince the public that our mistakes are actually a virtue because we (sometimes) correct them…

Federal Judge Amy Berman Jackson issued an order Tuesday barring Roger Stone from posting on social media, specifically Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. She justified the social media ban by claiming Stone broke the terms of a court-imposed gag order by posting on social media and reaching out to a BuzzFeed reporter to speak about his case.

“I’ve twice given you the benefit of the doubt. Your lawyer had to… twist himself into a pretzel to argue that these posts didn’t cross the line,” Jackson said, CNN reported. “The goal has been to draw maximum attention.”

Jackson presented multiple posts from the past few months drawing attention to his case. She had barred Stone from making public statements about his case in February after he posted a photo fo the judge with crosshairs behind her head on Instagram.

He apologized to Jackson, but she warned him of severe consequences if he crossed the line again. He had been indicted in January on charges of working with WikiLeaks to interfere in the 2016 election…

Trump Administration Ends Federally Funded Abortion Referrals – Daily Caller

.
The Trump administration declared Monday that taxpayer-funded clinics must stop referring women for abortions effective immediately. Family planning clinics that refer women for abortions will be stripped of their Title X funding, according to a measure instigated by President Donald Trump’s administration as reported by CBS News.

The Department of Health and Human Services has alerted clinics that they will be enforcing the Trump administration ban, according to CBS.

The rules now require that organizations that perform abortions and make abortion referrals will have to do so in separate buildings from those that receive Title X federal funds – a move could potentially cost Planned Parenthood “tens of millions of federal family planning dollars,” according to Politico…

Leftist Treason Update: Public University Shares ‘Toolkit’ To Combat ‘Trump’s Deportation Machinery’ – Campus Reform

The University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign’s Gender and Women’s Studies department advertised an “ICE Raid Toolkit” meant to aid illegal immigrants in evading deportation.

The toolkit was posted to the department’s public Facebook page, shortly after a post calling Trump’s ICE initiative “bullshit.” In yet another post on Monday, the Gender and Women’s Studies department shared an image which suggested Trump is a “racist” and a “rapist.”

The toolkit shared by the university was developed by the Immigrant Defense Project and the Center for Constitutional Rights in order to help individuals “prepare to fight back against the increase in ICE policing under the Trump administration.” It compiles tactics and information utilized by these organizations during the Bush and Obama administrations in order to “continue to develop strategies to fight back against Trump’s ramped up deportation machinery.”

Kentucky Set To Remove Up To 250,000 Inactive Voters As Part Of Court Consent Judgment With Judicial Watch – Judicial Watch

Judicial Watch announced today that in June Kentucky mailed address confirmation notices to 250,000 voters who are believed to have moved, thanks to a consent judgment agreed to by the Commonwealth. These registrations are probably outdated and will be cancelled if the voters fail to vote in future elections or to confirm their current addresses.

The Judicial Watch victory in Kentucky is in addition to the Judicial Watch victory in California, where up to 1.6 million inactive names are set to be removed from voter registration rolls in Los Angeles County.

In the consent judgment, Kentucky acknowledges that the state is not in compliance with the National Voter Registration Act (NVRA):

“[T]he practices currently in place in Kentucky do not comply with the NVRA’s requirement that states conduct a general voter registration list maintenance program that makes a reasonable effort to remove ineligible persons from the voter rolls due to a change in residence outside of the jurisdiction…

Tommy Robinson And The Death Of Britain – Robert Spencer

As Tommy Robinson headed into court for his sentencing Thursday, he wore a t-shirt that read: “Convicted of Journalism.” And it’s true. Tommy Robinson is heading back to jail for doing what journalists routinely do: ask questions of defendants heading into courtrooms.

The gaggle of establishment media journalists who peppered Tommy himself with questions as he entered the court have not been arrested.

British authorities claimed that Tommy Robinson had prejudiced the outcome of the trial of several members of a Muslim rape gang. This is arrant nonsense: the trial had been completed, and Tommy was asking them what they thought of their having been convicted.

There was, however, a gag order on the proceedings, and it was on the basis of the claim that Tommy violated that gag order that he is now back in prison.

Why was the gag order put into place? The obvious reason is that the British government and law enforcement authorities are deeply embarrassed by their abysmal record in dealing with Muslim rape gangs…

Federal Judge Destroys Key Mueller Claim: Indictment Of A Russian “Troll Farm” Is Not Proof Of One – Washington Standard

In what could be the final nail in the Russiagate hoax’s coffin, a federal judge has destroyed a key claim made by Robert Mueller. A federal judge ruled that Mueller’s indictment of a “troll farm” is not actual proof of it.

Mueller’s charges against Concord Management & Consulting, the Russian company accused of running a “troll farm” and “sowing discord” on social media in the United States back in 2016 during the presidential election, do not establish a link between that private company and the Russian government, U.S. District Judge Dabney L. Friedrich pointed out.

This was a key aspect of Mueller’s Russiagate election interference hoax, and the judge shot holes in it.

According to RT, the special counsel’s much-publicized final report claims to have “established” and “confirmed” Russian government activities based in part on the indictment against Concord, which is a breach of prosecutorial rules, Friedrich said…

Trump Slams ‘Dumb & Disloyal’ Amash As Congressman Quits Republican Party – Zero Hedge

That was quick. President Trump has apparently taken a quick break from preparing for today’s festivities to take one last swing at Amash on his way out the door. In a tweet, Trump called him “the dumbest & most disloyal [man] in Congress”.

Winning: Trump Set To Slap Illegal Aliens With $500,000 Fines For Ignoring Deportation Orders – Big League Politics

The Trump administration is preparing to issue whopping $500,000 fines to illegal immigrants who have refused to comply with orders to leave the country, according to new reporting from NPR.

The fines would apply to some illegal migrants who have ignored orders of deportation for years.

Judgments against the scofflaws could make it much harder for them to remain illegally in the country, as the court system would have the power to impose wage garnishments and other penalties to recoup the cost of the hefty fine.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has the power to levy fines against individuals held in contempt of immigration law.

The Immigration and Nationality Act states that ICE can impose fines “on aliens who have been ordered removed or granted voluntary departure and fail to depart the United States.”…

Right On Cue, Leftist Judge Blocks Ohio Law Banning Abortions On Babies With Beating Hearts – LifeNews

Ohio may not enforce its new law banning abortions after an unborn baby’s heartbeat is detectable, a federal judge ruled Wednesday. The preliminary injunction issued by U.S. District Judge Michael Barrett in Cincinnati is in response to a lawsuit by Planned Parenthood and the American Civil Liberties Union, Cleveland.com reports.

“This Court concludes that (the law) places an ‘undue burden’ on a woman’s right to choose a pre-viability abortion, and, under [Planned Parenthood v. Casey], Plaintiffs are certain to succeed on the merits of their claim,” Barrett wrote.

The heartbeat law prohibits abortions after an unborn baby’s heartbeat is detectable, about six weeks of pregnancy. Because many women do not even know they are pregnant at this early stage, the legislation could protect almost all unborn babies in Ohio. Gov. Mike DeWine signed the law in April.

The ruling comes as no surprise, and state leaders almost certainly will challenge it…

It Turns Out A Russian Oligarch Paid The Man Hired By Hillary Clinton To Claim Trump Colluded With Russia – Daily Wire

The more we learn about the origins of the investigation into whether the Trump campaign colluded with Russia to steal the 2016 election, the more Russian connections link back to Hillary Clinton’s campaign.

During an interview with The Hill’s John Solomon, Russian oligarch Oleg Deripaska acknowledged that he paid Christopher Steele (who was hired through an intermediary by the Clinton campaign to compile the infamous and discredited “Steele Dossier” alleging Team Trump colluded with Russia in 2016) for a research project.

“It was a research project to support one of the cases against me in London,” Deripaska told Solomon. “But my understanding was that lawyers trust him for some reason and he was for quite a time on retainer.”

Steele was hired initially by Deripaska in 2012, but the oligarch was unaware he had been working for the FBI…

How Obamacare Blew Up The Student Loan Crisis – Tiana Lowe

Sen. Elizabeth Warren wants to cancel student loan debt for 95% of debtors. Fellow 2020 hopeful Sen. Bernie Sanders wants to cancel all of it. What they and every other statist and socialist eager to default on trillions owed to taxpayers forget that President Barack Obama nationalizing student loans brought us to this catastrophe in the first place.

Lost in the kerfuffle and fuming of the Affordable Care Act’s passage in 2010 was the Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act, signed into law just seven days after Obamacare.

Half of the act consisted of small and otherwise innocuous amendments to the ill-fated Affordable Care Act, but the other half, Title II, radically overhauled the country’s student loan industry, replacing federally backed bank loans with direct government lending.

The private student loan industry was already dysfunctional and never truly private. The largest private student loan lender, Sallie Mae, originated as a government-sponsored lender, and the government-subsidized market only emerged out of a small but much older federal student loan market…

Leftist-Run City Council In Thomas Jefferson’s Hometown Votes To Stop Celebrating His Birthday – Washington Examiner

One of Charlottesville, Virginia’s most famous residents no longer has a holiday named for him, after the city council voted to end its celebration.

The Charlottesville City Council voted 4-1 Monday to remove April 13, the birthday of Thomas Jefferson, as a paid holiday. The issue came to a vote because the third president of the United States was a slaveowner. The meeting’s public comment period was met with demonstrators accusing Jefferson of being both a racist and a rapist.

Jefferson, who was born and died in the city, authored both the Declaration of Independence and the Virginia Statute for Religious Freedom. He also founded the University of Virginia, which remains in Charlottesville to this day. In addition to owning slaves, those against the holiday cited his alleged children with Sally Hemings, one of his slaves.

In lieu of celebrating Jefferson’s legacy, the council voted unanimously to recognize March 3 as “Liberation and Freedom Day,”…

WikiLeaks’ Assange Sentenced To 50 Weeks In Jail For Jumping Bail In 2012 – Daily Caller

A British court sentenced WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange to 50 weeks in prison Wednesday for jumping bail in 2012.

The court sentenced the 47-year-old Assange to 50 weeks in prison for jumping bail and fleeing to the Ecuadorian Embassy in London after Sweden requested his extradition following sexual assault allegations, according to WaPo. This made him guilty of breaching the Bail Act, according to BBC.

Assange’s lawyer Mark Summers argued at the trial that Assange violated bail out of reasonable fear for his safety. Summers told London’s Southwark Crown Court that Assange was “living under overwhelming fear of rendition” and believed that if he were extradited to Sweden he would be extradited to the United States and possibly to Guantanamo Bay, according to the Washington Post.

President Trump Walks Out On Meeting With Demented House Speaker Pelosi And Her Fellow DemoNazis – Fortune
.

.
Donald Trump escalated his confrontation with House Democrats over their efforts to investigate his presidency, declaring he’d refuse to work with them on bipartisan policies including an infrastructure plan unless they halt their probes.

“Get these phony investigations over with,” Trump said he told House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer on Wednesday at the White House. Democrats said he stormed out of a scheduled meeting without letting them talk.

Minutes later, reporters were abruptly summoned to the White House Rose Garden, where a podium had been prepared for Trump to speak. He led off a lengthy, unscripted statement by complaining that Pelosi had accused him of conducting a “cover-up.”…

DemoNazis Tied To Obama’s Pro-Iran ‘Echo Chamber’ Spread Terror Regime’s Anti-Trump Talking Points – Washington Free Beacon

A cadre of former top Obama administration figures and their allies in Congress have been working to amplify anti-Trump talking points issued by a senior Iranian regime official in what sources have described as an effort by Obama’s pro-Iran echo chamber to drive a wedge between President Donald Trump and his national security team.

As tensions mount between the United States and Iran, leading Democrats have become embroiled in controversy for widely repeating anti-Trump talking points first issued by Iran’s hardline regime.

Additionally, former top officials from the Obama administration have taken to social media and other outlets to push a narrative that Trump is at odds with his hawkish National Security Adviser John Bolton over how far to go in punishing Tehran for its global support of terrorism and continued efforts to secure contested nuclear technology.

The effort to push this narrative to the media has gained steam following a war of words between Trump and Iranian Foreign Minister Javad Zarif…

Embattled attorney Michael Avenatti was charged by federal prosecutors in New York Wednesday with defrauding adult-film star Stormy Daniels, the client who propelled Avenatti into the national spotlight.

Avenatti, 48, faces one count of wire fraud and one count of aggravated identity theft. He faces up to 22 years in prison if convicted of those charges. Daniels is not named in the indictment, but a federal law enforcement official confirmed to Fox News that she is the client prosecutors claimed Avenatti defrauded.

Project Veritas Wins Defamation Case; Undercover Journalism Vindicated – Project Veritas

A federal judge has issued a Directed Verdict in “Teter v. Project Veritas,” ruling that the plaintiff did not have the requisite evidence to support a defamation claim. Plaintiffs must prove deliberate malice on behalf of the defendant in order to prove defamation.

The Directed Verdict came on the third day of the trial. Project Veritas founder James O’Keefe, who was in Asheville, North Carolina for the trial, released the following statement.

“Let this be a lesson to all those who abuse our legal system to settle petty political disputes. The courts have once again vindicated our undercover methods and journalism. Project Veritas is 6-0 in lawsuits for a reason – the law is on our side.”

United States District Judge Martin Reidinger excused the jury late in the day on May 21 and invited arguments on why O’Keefe and Project Veritas should not be granted a Directed Verdict. The attorneys for Teter struggled to convince the judge, who would not allow the First Amendment to be trampled upon…

Rep. Carolyn Maloney (D-N.Y.) grilled HUD Secretary Dr. Ben Carson on Tuesday about his plan to crack down on illegal immigrants who live in subsidized housing.

During the House Financial Services Committee’s HUD oversight hearing, Maloney complained that by ending subsidies for people living with illegal immigrants, Carson would be responsible for evicting 55,000 children who are U.S. citizens in households with “mixed immigration status.”

Chairwoman Maxine Waters (D-Calif.) complained in her opening statement that she was concerned about Carson’s “recent cruel proposal to terminate housing benefits for families that include individuals with mixed immigration statuses.”…

‘Anti-Fascist’ Beer Company Owner Calls On Customers To Hit ‘Far-Right’ ‘Fascists’ In The Head With A Brick – PJ Media

As Europe goes to the polls to vote in the EU Parliamentary elections this week and with Nigel Farage’s Brexit Party forecast to gain the most votes in the UK, left-wing activists are acting out in an unprecedented manner.

In a recent tweet, the owner of a beer company in Manchester England urged his customers to hit “fascists” (like Farage and Tommy Robinson) over the head with a brick.

“Note to our customers: Please don’t throw out beer over fascists,” wrote Mike Marcus, the director and founder of the Chorlton Brewing Company. “Hit them over the head with a brick as is traditional.”

In his Twitter profile, Marcus describes himself as “Anti-fascist (any means necessary).”

When one of his followers responded to his tweet, saying it “sickened” her, Marcus doubled down, arguing that his call for violence was “acceptable.”

NY Times: ‘Pregnancy Kills. Abortion Saves Lives’ – Breitbart

The New York Times has launched a full-court press on behalf of the abortion industry with an op-ed titled: “Pregnancy Kills. Abortion Saves Lives.”

Written by Warren M. Hern, who specializes in performing late-term abortions, the article asserts that every pregnancy poses a “serious health risk” to the mother.

“Pregnancy always comes with some irreducible risk of death,” Dr. Hern warns, whereas “abortion can be lifesaving.”

In his essay, Dr. Hern is reacting to the new Alabama law that significantly limits abortions in that state, suggesting that what legislators are restricting is a lifesaving procedure.

“Alabama’s new law claims that it does not prohibit abortion if there is a ‘reasonable medical judgment’ that the pregnancy poses a ‘serious health risk’ to the woman,” Hern notes. “But pregnancy itself poses a ‘serious health risk’ – including the risk of dying and losing all bodily functions.”…

Washington Becomes First State To Allow Human Composting – Daily Wire

The State of Washington is now officially offering a third option for how residents can handle the bodies of loved ones after they’ve passed on: they can be turned into compost.

On Tuesday, the state’s Democratic Governor, Jay Inslee, signed SB 5001 “concerning human remains” into law, which includes composting along with burials and cremations as a means of handling human remains. The law – the first of its kind in the U.S. – will go into effect on May 1, 2020.

The state’s House and Senate both passed the bill with bipartisan support and overwhelming majorities, and Inslee signed it into law after a trial study found that the process (also called “liquid cremation”) resulted in soil that “smelled like soil and nothing else,” Fox News reports…

Trump Calls For Investigation Into Biden Family’s Links To Chinese Regime – Epoch Times

President Donald Trump said former Vice President Joe Biden should be investigated over allegations that his son’s investment firm received millions of dollars from the Chinese communist regime.

“It’s a disgrace,” Trump said on May 20 in a Fox News interview, after agreeing that the Biden family’s links with the Chinese regime should be investigated.

The allegations, which relate to Biden’s son Hunter Biden, were first raised in the 2018 book “Secret Empires: How the American Political Class Hides Corruption and Enriches Family and Friends” by author Peter Schweizer.

In the book, Schweizer alleges a deal took place in 2013 between the now-defunct investment firm Rosemont Seneca Partners – co-founded by Hunter Biden – and the state-run Bank of China.

“In December of 2013, Hunter Biden flies on Air Force 2 to Beijing, China, with his father…

‘Save Chick-Fil-A’ Bill Passed By Texas House – Fox News

The controversial “Save Chick-fil-A” bill has been approved by the Texas House after being passed last week by the state Senate. On May 20, Senate Bill 1978, as it is formally known, was passed with a 79-62 vote in the House, advancing from a 19-12 vote in the Senate last Thursday.

“The bill as filed ensures religious beliefs are protected from discrimination. It’s about the First Amendment and freedom of speech, freedom of religion – those uniquely American rights,” bill author Sen. Bryan Hughes (R-Mineola) said of the legislation.

The policy would prevent the government from penalizing businesses for exercising their religious rights, a conversation that began after Chick-fil-A was barred from opening a location at the San Antonio Airport.

The San Antonio city council vote was decided after it was revealed that the fast-food chain donated millions in 2017 to Christian organizations that advocacy groups have labeled as discriminatory toward the LGBTQ community…

This week brings an amazing milestone: Johnny Walker Lindh, the “American Taliban” who was captured in Afghanistan by U.S. forces and Northern Alliance allies shortly after 9/11, is scheduled to be released from prison Thursday.

Lindh was sentenced to 20 years in prison but he is getting an early release for good behavior.

Last month, a federal judge in Virginia ordered that Lindh, 38, can’t have an internet-capable device without permission from his probation office, can’t view or access extremist or terrorism videos, and must allow the probation office to monitor his internet use.

But there are some ominous signs that Lindh hasn’t changed his tune much at all. Foreign Policy magazine reported in 2017 that the National Counterterrorism Center concluded, “As of May 2016, John Walker Lindh (USPER) – who is scheduled to be released in May 2019 after being convicted of supporting the Taliban – continued to advocate for global jihad and to write and translate violent extremist texts.”…

Mean Little Mayor Pete Buttigieg’s desire to erase Thomas Jefferson from history again proves John F. Kennedy would be a Republican today.

When asked on Friday if the Democrat Party’s annual Jefferson-Jackson dinner should be renamed “because both [Thomas Jefferson and Andrew Jackson] were slaveholders,” Buttigieg was unambiguous about wanting to erase our country’s history, even as it pertains to an irreplaceable Founding Father like Jefferson:

Yeah, we’re doing that in Indiana. I think it’s the right thing to do. Over time, you develop and evolve on the things you choose to honor… Jefferson is more problematic. You know, there’s a lot to, of course, admire in his thinking and his philosophy. Then again, as you plunge into his writings, especially the notes on the state of Virginia, you know that he knew that slavery was wrong.

Alabama Governor Kay Ivey Signs Abortion Ban Into Law – Breitbart

Alabama Gov. Kay Ivey (R) signed the Human Life Protection Act into law, one that makes most abortions in the state at any point during pregnancy illegal, except those necessary in order to prevent “a serious health risk to the unborn child’s mother.”

Virginia Uber Driver Turns Out To Be Alleged Somali War Criminal – Big League Politics

An Uber driver in Virginia turns out to be an accused Somali war criminal known for torturing enemies, according to Wednesday reports.

Ali’s background check apparently turned up no crimes in American databases, but a quick internet search of his name shows that he is alleged to have brutally killed several people in his native Somalia. A Somali farmer, Farhan Warfaa, traveled all the way to the United States to sue Ali in civil court, alleging that Ali shot his brother five times at point blank-range after torturing him.

Trapped Nebraska Farmer Cuts Off Own Leg With Pen Knife – BBC News

A Nebraska farmer has sawed off his own leg with a pen knife after becoming trapped in farming equipment. Kurt Kaser, 63, was moving grain from one silo to another when he was pulled into an auger – a tube with an interior shaped like a screw.

Why Freedom Of Speech Should Apply To Google, Facebook And The Internet – Daniel Greenfield

“But, it’s a private company.”

It’s a familiar argument. Bring up the problem of Google, Facebook and Twitter suppressing conservative speech and many conservatives will retort that it’s a free market. The big dot com monopolies created their own companies, didn’t they? And we wouldn’t want government regulation of business.

In a FOX Business editorial, Iain Murray writes that breaking up dot coms like Google would be “a repudiation of conservative principles”. He argues that “Twitter is a private company” and that “there is no positive right to free speech on Twitter or any other private venue.”

“The same goes for the president’s attacks on Google and the complaints of conservative censorship,” Diane Katz writes at the Heritage Institute. “These private enterprises are not obligated to abide any sort of partisan fairness doctrine.”

A U.S. official told the Wall Street Journal that the early findings in the ongoing analysis show Iran was likely behind the attack that occurred near the Persian Gulf as the two vessels were attempting to head into the Persian Gulf through the Strait of Hormuz.

Saudi energy minister Khalid al-Falih announced the vessels were attacked on Sunday along with at least two other oil-industry vessels. He also said that one of the ships was traveling to a Saudi port in the Persian Gulf to load oil that would head to the U.S.

Few details were offered, but Saudi officials said the engine on the tanker caught fire…

School District In Washington State Caught Giving Muslim Students “Special Privileges” And Teaching Lessons On Ramadan – Gateway Pundit

Here we go again – Islam, with the help of Hamas front group CAIR is creeping into public schools in Washington state and parents are fighting back.

A cease and desist letter was sent to a school district in Washington state that pushed Islam onto students and was promoted through a Ramadan policy that gave Muslim students ‘special status.’

This is the second school district that has been caught promoting this ridiculous Ramadan policy just in the last week – and surprise, surprise, the ‘Ramadan policy’ was recommended by terror-tied CAIR [Council on American Islamic Relations].

Facebook Nazis Shut Down Pro-Populist Italian Pages Before EU Elections – Breitbart

.
Facebook has shut down 23 major populist Italian pages with 2.5 million followers just two weeks before the European elections. Facebook used information from a report produced by a left-progressive NGO called Avaaz, which deals with “human rights” and environmental campaigns…

This kind of lawsuit brings triple damages against the company. Justice Brett Kavanaugh wrote the majority opinion, representing himself and the four liberals on the Court. Justice Neil Gorsuch wrote the dissenting opinion, representing himself and the three other conservatives.

“Several customers contend that Apple charges too much for apps. The customers argue, in particular, that Apple has monopolized the retail market for the sale of apps and has unlawfully used its monopolistic power to charge consumers higher-than-competitive prices,” Kavanaugh wrote. He called this “a classic antitrust claim.”

The Supreme Court majority did not “assess the merits of the plaintiffs’ antitrust claims against Apple,” and only focused on one defense from Apple…

.
A former candidate for the St. Paul City Council was sentenced Friday after he put a topless photo of his estranged wife on his campaign website.

David Martinez is set to spend two years on probation for a count of non-consensual dissemination of private sexual images, according to The Pioneer Press. The judge ordered him to get a mental health evaluation, stay away from drugs and alcohol, and not contact his spouse. He got credit for 12 days time-served, but would spend almost a year in jail if he violates probation.

Martinez pleaded guilty in March, with prosecutors agreeing to drop the charge from a felony to a gross misdemeanor…
