Failed RINO Squish Graham Officially Endorses Failing RINO Squish Bush For President

RINO Goober Graham Makes His Endorsement After Failed Campaign – Politistick

.

.
After an abysmal presidential campaign in which he struggled to get over zero percent in any poll, Senator Lindsey Graham (RINO-SC) has thrown his support to another struggling establishment RINO squish, Jeb Bush.

Standing alongside Bush at a joint press conference on Friday morning, Graham made that hilarious proclamation that “the only way you can become Commander-in-Chief in America is for the American people to pick you through voting.”

Thank you for that, Goober. That’s a real stunner. We had no idea.

The funny thing is, Jeb actually thinks Lindsey Graham’s endorsement is going to help him. It shouldn’t be too surprising that Graham would support Bush, considering they are both for Common Core and amnesty for illegal aliens.

Baby Killers Officially Endorse Hitlery For President

Planned Parenthood To Give Clinton Its First-Ever Primary Endorsement – The Hill

.
…………….

.
Planned Parenthood is throwing its support behind Hillary Clinton, delivering what will be the organization’s first-ever endorsement in a presidential primary.

“Everything Planned Parenthood has believed in and fought for over the past 100 years is on the ballot,” said Cecile Richards, president of Planned Parenthood, according to The New York Times.

Clinton, the front-runner for the Democratic nomination and a staunch supporter of abortion rights, thanked Planned Parenthood for its support.

“I’ll take on Republicans or anyone who tries to interfere with women’s health,” Clinton tweeted. “I am proud to have @PPact’s support in this important election.

“Yesterday was a preview of what would happen under a Republican president,” Clinton wrote, citing House legislation passed Wednesday that would defund Planned Parenthood for one year.

“Every single GOP presidential candidate would defund Planned Parenthood,” the former secretary of State added.

Clinton will officially accept Planned Parenthood’s support during a campaign rally next Sunday in Manchester, N.H., The New York Times said. Planned Parenthood Action Fund, the nonprofit’s advocacy arm, is making the endorsement.

The action fund plans to spend $20 million on presidential and Senate races this cycle in critical battleground states such as New Hampshire, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin, the Times added.

The House passed an ObamaCare repeal package 240-181 Wednesday that includes language stripping federal funding from Planned Parenthood for one year. President Obama has vowed to veto the bill.

Conservatives rallied around defunding Planned Parenthood last summer after a series of undercover videos documented its involvement with fetal tissue research.

Leftist Failure Update: One-Third Of Obamacare CO-OPs Are Now Officially Dead

One-Third Of Obamacare CO-OPs Are Now Officially Dead – Daily Caller

.

.
One-third of the Obamacare health insurance co-ops have now failed, causing about 400,000 policyholders in 10 states to scramble for new coverage for 2016.

Seven of the 23 co-ops created by the Affordable Care Act in 2011 at a cost of $2.4 billion – including many launched by passionate but inexperienced health reform activists – have since closed their doors. An eighth, the Colorado Health Insurance Cooperative, appears on the brink of default as well.

The failing Obamacare co-ops have canceled health insurance for largely poor and low-income customers in Iowa, Nebraska, Kentucky, West Virginia, Louisiana, Nevada, Tennessee, Vermont, New York and Colorado.

The co-op’s are falling like dominoes. In the last two months, the public has seen co-ops fail in Nevada, Louisiana, Tennessee, Kentucky and New York.

Including Colorado, taxpayers have lost $876 million in loan money that was supposed to last for 15 years. The failed co-op’s existed for only two years before suddenly closing their doors.

More co-op failures are expected. “There will be more closures,” said American Enterprise Institute resident fellow Thomas Miller, a health care expert. “The only question is when rather than whether.”

The Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services, which funded the co–ops, said this summer that six co-ops were under “enhanced oversight” because of poor financial reports. The Daily Caller reported in August that federal officials refused to identify the six that are in trouble.

The Inspector General of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services reported in July that 21 of 23 operating co-ops faced staggering losses, some greater than the loans that were expected to last 15 years.

New York’s Health Republic, the largest of the co-ops, announced it was closing its doors last month, leaving 155,000 customers in the lurch.

The New York failure was not only the largest, but was the flagship of the co-op movement. It was created by liberal political activist Sarah Horowitz, who had previously worked with then-state Sen. Barack Obama.

The New York Department of Finance Services last month reported that Health Republic had the worst 2014 consumer record of all insurance companies operating in the state.

Horowitz was the only individual to be given federal loans to run three co-ops at the same time. Her other two co-ops are in New Jersey and Oregon.

Miller said there is growing apprehension among state insurance commissioners about the solvency of many of the other co-ops still hanging on.

Nov. 1 is the new date for open enrollment for the co-ops. The deadline is forcing state insurance commissioners to take a closer look at the co-0p’s prospects over the next year.

Miller said many state commissioners are asking, “do you cut your losses now or do it later? There’s a lot of apprehension among state regulators in terms of signing up for another year in light of results that have happened.”

Sally Pipes, president of the Pacific Research Institute think tank, said, “everything is coming to pass. It was inevitable, given their inexperience.”

Kelly Crowe, CEO of the trade association that represents all of the co-ops has now turned against the Obama administration, which set up the programs.

She blamed “regulatory obstacles,” and said Obamacare – is “not working.”

Idaho Officially Nullifies All Future Federal Gun Control Laws

Victory: Idaho Just Officially Nullified All Future Federal Gun Control – Conservative Tribune

Last week, we reported that the state of Idaho passed emergency legislation that would take effect immediately that nullifies all future federal gun control in the state. That bill was just signed into law by Governor Butch Otter. This is a huge victory for the Second Amendment.

.

.
Idaho joins states like Arizona, Missouri, Kentucky, and others who have passed or are considering substantive legislation that would nullify federal gun control by outlawing it in the state outright or preventing the state from cooperating with the feds in the enforcement of gun control measures.

The strategy the Idaho law and similar laws use is one that uses the anti-commandeering doctrine, which was set down by the Supreme Court to protect the Tenth Amendment by preventing Congress from commandeering state officers in the enforcement of a federal regulatory scheme.

From Ben Swann:

On Thursday, Idaho Governor Butch Otter (R) signed a bill, which would effectively nullify future federal gun laws, by prohibiting state enforcement of any future federal act relating to personal firearms, a firearm accessories or ammunition.

S1332 passed the house by a vote of 68-0 and the senate by a vote of 34-0. Alaska and Kansas have also passed similar laws.

Erich Pratt, Director of Communications for Gun Owners of America, cheered the governor’s action. “By signing this nullification bill into law, Idaho has joined an elite class of states that are telling the feds to ‘get lost’ – especially when it comes to unconstitutional gun control infringements”

The key text of the legislation provides that:

any official, agent or employee of the state of Idaho or a political subdivision thereof who knowingly and willfully orders an official, agent or employee of the state of Idaho or a political subdivision of the state to enforce any executive order, agency order, law, rule or regulation of the United States government as provided in subsection (2) of this section upon a personal firearm, a firearm accessory or ammunition shall, on a first violation, be liable for a civil penalty not to exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000) which shall be paid into the general fund of the state…

This is fantastic news. States are openly rebelling against federal gun control, and their refusal to cooperate in enforcing it will render it ineffective in many areas. The feds need states to participate in the enforcement of these kinds of laws, because there simply aren’t enough federal resources to do so. If we get enough states on board with this type of legislation, we can beat back federal gun control just by default.

Please share this article on Facebook and Twitter if you agree with Idaho’s attempt to nullify federal gun control. Let’s fight back.

Egypt Officially Declares Obama-Backed Muslim Brotherhood A Terrorist Organization

Egypt Declares Muslim Brotherhood A Terrorist Group – Fox News

Egypt’s military-backed interim government on Wednesday declared the Muslim Brotherhood a terrorist group, criminalizing all its activities, its financing and even membership to the group from which the country’s ousted president hails.

.

.
The announcement is a dramatic escalation of the fight between the government and group, which has waged near-daily protests since the July 3 popularly backed military coup that toppled President Mohammed Morsi.

Hossam Eissa, the Minister of Higher Education, read out the Cabinet statement after long meeting, saying: “The Cabinet has declared the Muslim Brotherhood group and its organization as a terrorist organization.”

He said that the decision was in response to Tuesday’s deadly bombing targeting a police headquarters in a Nile Delta city which killed 16 people and wounded more than 100. The Brotherhood has denied being responsible for Mansoura attack and an al-Qaida inspired group has claimed responsibility for the suicide bombing on Wednesday.

“Egypt was horrified from north to south by the hideous crime committed by the Muslim Brotherhood group,” Eissa said. “This was in context of dangerous escalation to violence against Egypt and Egyptians (and) a clear declaration by the Muslim Brotherhood group that it is still knows nothing but violence.”

“It’s not possible for Egypt the state nor Egypt the people to submit to the Muslim Brotherhood terrorism,” he added.

Eissa offered no evidence in his speech linking the Brotherhood to Tuesday’s attack.

The Brotherhood, founded in 1928, denounced violence in the late 1970s. Ibrahim Elsayed, a member of the Muslim Brotherhood’s political group, the Freedom and Justice Party, said the government announcement will have no impact on the work or the beliefs of the group, because it has seen repeated government repression and continued to exist with a moderate view of Islam.

“This decision is as if it never happened. It has no value for us and is only worth the paper it is written on,” he told The Associated Press. “It won’t impact us from near and far. Ideas won’t be impacted by false accusations. We uphold this call only for the sake of God.”

The declaration, he said, means that those who “participate in the group’s activities, in the organization or promotion verbally or by writing or by any other means or financing its activities” will be facing punishment according to the law. He said that the government had notified other Arab countries about its decision. The Brotherhood has organizations and political parties in other nations in the region.

Ahmed el-Borai, the Minister of Social Solidarity, told reporters in a news conference that the decision means “all activities of the Muslim Brotherhood group are – banned including the demonstrations.”

The declaration gives the armed forces and the police the right to enter universities and prevent protests, as “protection to the students,” el-Borai said.

Ed Officially Leaves The Republican Party As Its Leadership Capitulates To Tyranny Once Again

Somewhere a perversion has taken place. Our natural, unalienable rights are now considered to be a dispensation of government, and freedom has never been so fragile; so close to slipping from our grasp as it is at this moment.” – Ronald Reagan

.
……….

To whom it may concern,

Just as I predicted, the cowardly, unprincipled leadership of the Republican party has surrendered to Obama and his gaggle of socialist parasites after less than three weeks of pretending to take a stand against Obamacare. For this reason I will be unregistering as a member of the Republican party as soon as possible and sending email announcements of my decision to every GOP member of the House and Senate, as well as to the party’s chairman, Reince Priebus.

As Ronald Reagan said in 1962 upon formally embracing the Goldwater conservative movement, “I didn’t leave the Democratic party. The party left me.” This is exactly how I feel today with respect to the GOP, however, I have no intention of joining any other political organization in its place. And while I will continue to support truly conservative candidates like Ted Cruz, Mike Lee and Trey Gowdy in the future, I’ll never give another thin dime to the GOP or any affiliated group. That once noble party is dead to me now.

Sincerely,

Edward L. Daley – Independent
