Pro-Tranny Bathroom Bill Sponsor A Convicted Sex Offender Who Molested Boys

Bathroom Bill Sponsor Is A Convicted Sex Offender Who Molested Boys – DC Clothesline

.

.
The brouhaha in North Carolina over efforts in the City of Charlotte to allow mentally ill transgendered people to use restroom facilities that are designated as those opposite of their birth gender faced a strange twist when it was discovered that the man behind leading the charge for the bill is not only a sodomite, but also a convicted sex offender.

It’s even strange that I have to designate a difference between one who is engaged in sodomy and one convicted as a “sex offender.” In any case, such is exactly what was revealed by Breitbart News in March.

Breitbart reported:
.

Chad Sevearance is president of the Charlotte Business Guild, which describes itself as “a network of LGBT professionals, business owners, employees and individuals in the Charlotte area who meet to nurture a network of business contacts; encourage fellowship and support among community business, professional and charitable pursuits; and provide and promote positive role models in the LGBT community.”

Sevearance and his group have taken a lead role in seeking the right to allow males to use the restrooms and showers of females, including those of little girls, which is described by advocates as nothing more than nondiscrimination measures. Sevearance was quoted in the Charlotte Observer saying that because a recent bathroom “nondiscrimination ordinance” bill did not pass, “someone can ask me to leave a restaurant because I’m presumed to be gay or transgender.”

In 1998, Sevearance worked as a youth minister and in that capacity allegedly lured younger men to his apartment to spend the night where Severance showed them pornography and tried to talk them into sex. One boy testified that he woke up to find Severance “fondling him.” Severance was convicted on one charge of sexual molestation of a minor.

As a result of his 2000 conviction, Sevearance must register with the police on a regular basis for a minimum of ten years. His most recent mug shot and registration took place at the end of last year.

.
Though Sevearance is cited all over the place in the Charlotte Observer, but it seems the little fact of Sevearance’s criminal history was overlooked, or more than likely intentionally left out of stories in order to help advance the agenda. However, Breitbart was able to confirm with the Observer that the Sevearance they cited is the same one who is a convicted sex offender.

Sevearance, who has gone by a whole host of aliases, including Chad Turner (allegedly his “married” name; no, it’s not real marriage, it’s just sodomites demonstrating their depravity), was charged in 2000 while in Bessemer City, North Carolina with “three counts of lewd acts with a minor.”

According to Upstate.com, Sevearance was a music minister at New Harvest Church of God in Gaffney, and the story the boys who were molested told is very disturbing.

Upstate.com reports:
.

The boy, now 16, was 14 when he said Sevearance fondled him in July 1998. He and the other alleged victims are members of New Harvest Church of God in Gaffney, where Sevearance was the music minister. The 16-year-old said Sevearance invited him to his Bessemer City home to spend the night, and he agreed. He testified that during the visit, Sevearance asked him how he’d feel about a man performing oral sex on him. “I thought he was joking,” the youth said. He said Sevearance frequently asked him about sexual acts between men and women, which upset him because of the man’s position in the church. He said following a revival meeting, he and Sevearance stayed overnight at the home of one of the other alleged victims. The three slept in the same bed, and during the night the boy said he woke up to find Sevearance fondling him. But he didn’t immediately report it, he said. “I was ashamed,” the boy said. “I thought there was something bad about me. ”

The second boy, now 17, said he was 15 when Sevearance invited him to his home, where he showed him a pornographic video of a man and a woman having sex. He said later that night, after he and Sevearance went to sleep in the same bed, he woke up to find the man fondling him. “He told me if I ever told the pastor, he’d make me look like a fool and a liar,” the youth said.

.
Understand, that what people like myself and others have tried to warn people about is that it is sexual deviants, even masquerading as Christian leaders in Churches, who will take advantage of these bathroom bills to simply indulge their lusts, and criminal government leaders are more than happy to institute such laws to criminalize those who do good. If Chad Sevearance isn’t proof for you, then perhaps you should read my interview with former Columbia City Councilman Cameron Runyan and see the tyrannical laws that are on the books now in South Carolina.

Former Falls Church, VA Democrat Party Chairman Tried To Hire Hit Man To Murder Little Girls He Molested

Former Democratic Chairman Contacted Hit Man To Murder Little Girls He Molested – Gateway Pundit

Democratic chairman Michael Gardner is accused of assaulting a family member who was under 13 at the time of the assault, officials said. He also reportedly molested two little girls at his daughter’s sleepover. (WUSA)

Michael Gardner reportedly tried to hire a hit man to murder the two little girls he molested.

The Washington Post reported:

A former Falls Church Democratic Party chairman, charged with molesting two young girls, talked about hiring a hit man to kill them before they could be witnesses at his March 4 trial, according to court documents.

Loudoun County prosecutors said Michael Gardner, who is scheduled to stand trial for allegedly molesting the girls, approached an inmate about finding someone to kill the girls. The inmate reached out to authorities last month.

In a letter, received by authorities last month, the inmate told Gardner that he knew someone who could “help with…. the ‘3 problems’ you have pre-trial,” according to a motion filed by the prosecution on Thursday, allegedly referring to the two girls and a unspecified third issue. The letter was sent from the inmate in response to “multiple and specific conversations” Gardner allegedly had with the inmate, according to court papers.

Loudoun County prosecutor Nicole Wittmann said she did not know whether Gardner contacted a hit man.

Gardner was convicted in 2012 of molesting two girls, who were 9 and 10 at the time, during a slumber party for his daughter’s 10th birthday.

He was sentenced to 22 years in prison. Then his conviction was overturned by the state Supreme Court, which said the trial judge improperly stopped Gardner’s defense attorney from asking character witnesses about Gardner. He was granted a new trial.

Prosecutors from the Loudoun County commonwealth’s attorney’s office are handling the case, because the Arlington County commonwealth’s attorney knows the Gardner family.

In a motion filed Thursday, which was provided to The Washington Post, Loudoun Deputy Commonwealth’s Attorney Alejandra Rueda, who is prosecuting the case with Wittmann, quoted a letter from the inmate to Gardner.

“I want you to know I haven’t forgotten what we’ve discussed. The friend you asked me to contact to see if he could help with the ‘3 problems’ you have pre-trial will be passing through VA on a FL to NY ‘run,’ ” the letter said, according to the motion. Referring to the alleged hit man, the letter continues: “Get back to me right away because I don’t [want] his visiting you to interfere with Robin and the kids [sic] anticipated visit.”

Family Violently Targeted By Insane Leftists After Standing Against Teacher Who Molested Their Son

Staggering: Mich. Family Violently Targeted After Standing Against Teacher Who Molested Their 8th Grade Son – The Blaze

The Janczewski family is fighting the local school district in Rose, Michigan after it emerged that a male teacher molested their 8th grade son and then – unbelievably – six other teachers spoke out against the 15-30 year sentence the man received.

.
……….

“Neal has plead (sic) guilty for his one criminal offense but he is not a predator,” Harriet Coe reportedly wrote. “This was an isolated incident. He understands the severity of his action and is sincere in his desire to make amends…”

John Janczewski, the father of the victim, spoke on the Glenn Beck radio program Monday about all that has happened to his family since the horrific molestation by now-former Rose City Middle School teacher Neal Erickson came to light. He said he and his wife have been threatened and attacked for speaking out against the teachers.

“At one thirty in the morning on a Saturday, I was awoken to a bomb sound going off,” Janczewski said, choking back emotion. “I went to the window to find my garage was on fire and engulfed in flames, my camper and the side of my house… If I wouldn’t have woken up, we could’ve all died.”

“Whoever’s done this has no remorse,” he told the Ogemaw County Herald earlier. “They have no soul.”

The family also had the letters “YWP” and “ITY” spray painted on the side of their house, which Janczewski thinks mean “you will pay” and “I told you.”

But why on earth would they be attacked for speaking out in defense of their son, Beck asked? He also added to the audience: “Do you want somebody who says 15-30 years for raping a child, an 8th grader, is a little harsh? Do you want them teaching your child?”

Janczewski said they’re being targeted because they want the six teachers and a board member who sat with the pedophile’s family in court fired. Some have also said the issue could bankrupt the county, but Janczewski persisted: “Since when do we put a price on a child? Since when? It is wrong. How many teachers are going to turn a blind eye? These teachers cannot be trusted, they cannot be trusted.”

To top it all off, Janczewski was pained that a church down the road from his house posted bail for their son’s molester.

Janczewski admitted he’s struggling with his faith in God, saying: “My wife has cancer, I have [multiple sclerosis], my son was molested…”

Beck said he doesn’t think he has seen a family “kicked in the teeth” as much as theirs, but his charity – Mercury One – will do what it can and at least rebuild his garage.

Janczewski thanked Beck profusely, and said despite the vicious threats and attacks, the majority of the community has been “so supportive.”

“They made t-shirts in my son’s favorite color, blue, and we are all going to be wearing them, and they all say support the Janczewski family,” he said. “We want all these teachers fired. We want the board member to step down, which he will not. He’d rather cost the school district $30,000 and have him recalled, that’s how sick he is.”

The school board is expected to decide the fate of the teachers at a meeting Monday night, but board president Jack Money has cautioned that there is no “winning” in this situation. If the teachers aren’t fired, many parents have threatened to pull their students from the district. If the teachers are fired, there will likely be subsequent legal battles. Both options could cripple the cash-strapped district, according to The Detroit News.

Circuit Judge Michael Baumgartner said during the sentencing that he was “appalled and ashamed” at the community’s support for Erickson, saying: “What you did was a jab in the eye with a sharp stick to every parent who trusts a teacher.”
