.

.
Dr. Scott Jensen, a Minnesota physician and Republican state senator said he received a 7-page document coaching him to fill out death certificates with a COVID-19 diagnosis without a lab test to confirm the patient actually had the virus.

“Last Friday I received a 7-page document that told me if I had an 86-year-old patient that had pneumonia but was never tested for COVID-19 but some time after she came down with pneumonia we learned that she had been exposed to her son who had no symptoms but later on was identified with COVID-19, then it would be appropriate to diagnose on the death certificate COVID-19,” Dr. Scott Jensen said.

Dr. Jensen explained that this is not a normal procedure…

7 Things Biden Called For That Trump Already Did To Combat Coronavirus – Daily Wire

Democrat presidential candidate Joe Biden has been highly critical of President Donald Trump’s response to the coronavirus pandemic.

As the president leads the United States through the most serious pandemic to hit the world in the last 100 years, Biden has launched often incoherent attacks on the president’s response, including frequently calling on him to do exactly what he has already done.

Below are 7 things that Biden called on Trump to do that Trump already did:

1. Biden called for coronavirus tests to be free 9 days after Trump signed the Families First Coronavirus Response Act:

* On March 27, Biden said during an interview on CNN that “the cost of the test should be absolutely zero for you.”

* On March 18, Trump signed the Families First Coronavirus Response Act, which provided free coronavirus testing…

Jobless claims filed in the United States soared to a near-record high of more than 6 million for the week ending April 4, as CCP virus-related lockdowns and closures continued to drive deep layoffs.

The number of initial jobless claims filed across the country, which is a measure of the number of Americans filing new unemployment claims and is the most timely data on economic health, surged to 6,606,000, a slight drop of 261,000 from the previous week’s revised level, the Department of Labor figures show. The previous week’s figures were revised up by 219,000 from 6,648,000 to 6,867,000.

Economists polled by Reuters said they expected weekly jobless claims for the week ending April 4 to come in at 5.25 milliom…

Feds Classifying All Coronavirus Patient Deaths As ‘Coved-19’ Deaths, Regardless Of Cause – New York Post

The federal government is classifying the deaths of patients infected with the coronavirus as COVID-19 deaths, regardless of any underlying health issues that could have contributed to the loss of someone’s life.

Dr. Deborah Birx, the response coordinator for the White House coronavirus task force, said the federal government is continuing to count the suspected COVID-19 deaths, despite other nations doing the opposite.

“There are other countries that if you had a pre-existing condition, and let’s say the virus caused you to go to the ICU [intensive care unit] and then have a heart or kidney problem,” she said during a Tuesday news briefing at the White House. “Some countries are recording that as a heart issue or a kidney issue and not a COVID-19 death.

“The intent is… if someone dies with COVID-19, we are counting that,” she added.

Asked whether the numbers could skew data the government is trying to collect, Birx said that would mostly apply more to rural areas…

Crazy Old Communist Drops Out Of Presidential Race – The Hill
.

.
Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) suspended his presidential bid on Wednesday, ending a campaign that once appeared on track to dominate the Democratic nominating contest but that quickly lost momentum.

Sanders began reevaluating his campaign after a string of primary losses last month. But he continued his push for the nomination for weeks before ultimately telling his staff in a conference call on Wednesday morning that he had decided to drop out of the race.

His decision to suspend his campaign effectively paves the way for former Vice President Joe Biden to claim the Democratic presidential nomination. He had already amassed a nearly insurmountable delegate lead over Sanders…

Matt Mooney, a 33-year-old father and resident of Brighton, Colo., was accosted by police in a public park and restrained with handcuffs for playing tee ball with his wife and 6-year-old daughter on Sunday afternoon.

Mooney told his story to the FOX31 Problem Solvers and believes he is entitled to an apology because of the cruel mistreatment he received from these uniformed thugs on a coronavirus-enabled power trip.

He described the shocking and traumatizing ordeal that his young daughter was forced to go through because of the government overreach.

“She’s like, ‘Daddy, I don’t want you to get arrested.’ At this point I’m thinking, ‘There’s no way they’re going to arrest me, this is insane.’ I’m telling her, ‘Don’t worry, Daddy’s not going to get arrested. I’ve done nothing wrong. Don’t worry about it,’ and then they arrest me,” Mooney told FOX31…

Leftist Psychopathy Update: ACLU Helps Illegal Alien Child Molester And Immigrant Child Abuser Back Out On The Streets – Big League Politics

Thanks to a California federal judge’s action, six illegal aliens and legal immigrants convicted of child molestation, child abuse, drunk driving, and drug trafficking were released from prison.

United States District Court for the Central District of California Judge Terry Hatter Jr, a former President Jimmy Carter appointee, mandated the release of these prisoners.

The majority of these prisoners have been in Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) custody after receiving felony convictions. Some of these felonies include violent crimes committed against children.

The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), which receives funding from billionaire oligarch George Soros, contends that the six illegal aliens and legal immigrants must be released due to the risk of them catching the Wuhan Virus while being held in ICE detention.

According to John Binder of Breitbart News, Hatter’s decision set the following illegal and legal migrants free…

Gropey Joe Says The China Travel Ban He Initially Called “Hysterical Xenophobia” Should Have Happened Sooner – PJ Media

Last week, Joe Biden flip-flopped on President Trump’s travel ban with China, coming out in support of it after calling it “hysterical xenophobia” for two months.

Now, he’s trying to blame Trump for not implementing the ban sooner.

“You got to go faster than slower. And we started off awfully slow,” Biden said on ABC News’ This Week. “He indicated that I complimented him on – on dealing with China. Well, you know, 45 nations had already moved to keep – block China’s personnel from being able to come to the United States before the president moved,” Biden claimed. “So, it’s just – it’s about pace. It’s about – it’s about the urgency. And I don’t think there’s been enough of it, urgency.”

But, Biden’s claim that 45 other nations had already blocked Chinese nationals from coming into their countries is simply not true. President Trump’s travel ban with China was put in place on January 31, which was a month and a half before the World Health Organization (WHO) even classified the coronavirus as a pandemic…

DemoNazi Governor Of Kentucky Vetoes Mandatory Voter ID For 2020 Election – Breitbart
.

.
Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear (D) has vetoed legislation that would mandate state voters to show a photo ID before they vote in the 2020 presidential election, and every election after. Last week, Beshear announced his veto of mandatory voter ID legislation that ensures all registered voters must prove their identity before they cast a ballot, starting in November.

According to Beshear, requiring voter ID creates “an obstacle” that results “in fewer people voting,” though research and data show otherwise. In Alabama, which has a mandatory voter ID law, black American voters came out in droves in 2018 to help elect Doug Jones to the U.S. Senate.

“I am vetoing Senate Bill 2 because the provisions of the law would create an obstacle to the ability of Kentuckians to exercise their right to vote…

Cops: Husband Tried To Set Wife On Fire Because He Won’t Be Getting Coronavirus Stimulus Check – Crime Online

A New Mexico man was jailed last week after he doused his wife with gasoline and tried to set her on fire because he learned he wouldn’t be getting a coronavirus stimulus check.

The Albuquerque Police Department said that Joe Macias, 63, has been charged with attempted murder, kidnapping and aggravated battery against a household member, the Albuquerque Journal reported.

Police were called at about 8:30 p.m. Wednesday to a mobile home park in northeastern Albuquerque where they found Macias’s disabled wife on the floor, her hair and pajamas soaked with gasoline.

She told police her husband had come home at about 5 p.m., carrying a four-pack of beer. He was, she said, “upset because he did not qualify for the stimulus check.” He finished the beer, then asked for his wife’s car keys to get more. She refused, and he left, shouting, “You’re going to pay the consequences!”…

President Trump Fires Deep State Snitch Who Triggered Impeachment Hysteria – Big League Politics

President Donald Trump is taking out the trash now that the impeachment witch hunt against him has subsided, and he has fired a deep state snitch instrumental in getting the impeachment proceedings off the ground.

Trump has fired Michael Atkinson, a Department of Justice attorney who served as the Intelligence Community Inspector General, after Atkinson notified Congress last year about the “whistleblower” complaint filed by CIA operative Eric Ciaramella. This prompted months of hysteria that ultimately found no evidence of Trump committing any wrongdoing.

House DemoNazis Introduce Bill Giving Coronavirus Aid To Illegal Aliens – Washington Examiner

House Democrats introduced legislation Friday that would allow illegal immigrants to receive money from the coronavirus relief package.

California Rep. Lou Correa and two other lawmakers introduced the Leave No Taxpayer Behind Act that would amend the $2 trillion coronavirus stimulus package, according to the Daily Caller.

“I was appalled to learn hardworking, taxpaying immigrants were left out of the $2 trillion CARES Act,” Correa said in a statement Friday. “By casting out immigrants, we are placing some of our most vulnerable residents in grave danger. Every individual taxpayer, irrespective of citizenship status, needs government assistance now.”

Several Democrats have expressed dismay that the initial coronavirus relief package didn’t include financial benefits for illegal immigrants, including Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, who called it “inhumane.”…

CDC Tells Hospitals To List COVID As Cause Of Death Even If You’re Just Assuming Or It Only Contributed – Western Journal
.

.
The problem with making informed decisions about coronavirus is that we don’t have a whole lot of data on it at the moment. The data that we do have, meanwhile, could end up being terminally skewed, particularly the data that’s been coming out of China.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s guidance on determining COVID-19 as a cause of death isn’t going to help those numbers. Issued March 24, the guidance tells hospitals to list COVID-19 as a cause of death regardless of whether or not there’s actual testing to confirm that’s the case.

Instead, even if the coronavirus was just a contributing factor or if it’s “assumed to have caused or contributed to death,” it can be listed as the primary cause…

Venezuelan Naval Ship Rams Cruise Liner, Sinks Itself – Daily Caller

A Venezuelan naval ship rammed a passenger vessel in international waters earlier this week, sinking only itself.

The RCGS Resolute was “subject to an act of aggression by the Venezuelan Navy in international waters, around 13.3 nautical miles from Isla de Tortuga” in the early hours of March 30, according to a press release from Columbia Cruise Services (CCS), which operates the Resolute.

The Venezuelan defense ministry says its actions against the CCS vessel were perpetrated based on suspicion that the ship may have been loaded with mercenaries ready to attack the country, according to CNN.

Shortly after midnight, an armed Venezuelan ship approached the Resolute and requested that it sail to a Venezuelan port. While the Resolute was in contact with authorities regarding this large course deviation, “gun shots were fired…

The Institute of Health Metrics and Evaluation (IHME) model cited by White House Coronavirus Task Force officials appears to dramatically overstate the hospitalization of patients with coronavirus in the United States when the model’s projections are compared to actual data, a Breitbart News analysis finds.

Breitbart News compared projections of the number of regular hospital beds needed to treat coronavirus patients made in the Friday, April 3 iteration of the IHME model for nine states to the actual number of cumulative hospitalizations (a number that includes current regular bed hospitalizations, current ICU hospitalizations, previously hospitalized and released patients, and previously hospitalized and deceased patients) reported by the respective health departments in those states as of Thursday, April 2.

The results showed that the actual number of cumulative hospitalizations as a percentage of regular hospital beds needed projected by the IHME model ranged from nine percent in Tennessee to 47 percent in Florida…

University Of Pittsburgh Scientists Believe They’ve Found Potential Coronavirus Vaccine – New York Post

Scientists at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine believe that they’ve found a potential vaccine for the new coronavirus.

The researchers announced their findings Thursday and believe the vaccine could be rolled out quickly enough to “significantly impact the spread of disease,” according to their study published in EBioMedicine.

The vaccine would be delivered on a fingertip-size patch. When tested on mice, the vaccine produced enough antibodies believed to successfully counteract the virus.

The scientists say they were able to act fast because they had already done research on the similar coronaviruses SARS and MERS.

“These two viruses, which are closely related to SARS-CoV-2, teach us that a particular protein, called a spike protein, is important for inducing immunity against the virus,” read a statement from co-senior author Andrea Gambotto, M.D…

Hispanic Caucus: ‘ICE Must Release All’ Illegal Aliens Amid Coronavirus Crisis – Breitbart

The Congressional Hispanic Caucus, led by Rep. Joaquin Castro (D-TX), is demanding that all illegal aliens in Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) custody be released during the Chinese coronavirus crisis.

Gun Sales Skyrocket In March – WUNC

The FBI says it performed 3,740,688 background checks in its NICS database during the month of March, over 1 million more background checks than it performed in March 2019.

Many states run background checks to test gun permit-holders, so background checks cannot be equated one-to-one to gun sales…

President Trump Launches Massive All-Out Military Offensive On Drug Cartels – Daily Wire

President Donald Trump announced on Wednesday that the administration was launching an all out assault on Mexican drug cartels using the U.S. military.

Man Teaching His Dog How To Drive Leads Cops On High-Speed Chase – Atlanta Journal Constitution

A Washington state man was arrested Sunday after allegedly leading state troopers on a high-speed chase with his dog sitting in the driver’s seat. According to the Washington State Patrol, Alberto Tito Alejandro, 51, of Lakewood, Washington, hit two cars while being chased by police.

Alejandro, according to Washington state trooper Heather Axtman, was driving “absolutely recklessly” and was the subject of several 911 calls. At one point, the high-speed chase up Interstate 5 reached 109 miles per hour, she said.

When one of the troopers attempted to corner Alejandro’s car, he looked inside and realized a pit bull was sitting in the driver’s seat while the suspect steered, Axtman said. Alejandro, according to Axtman, then drove onto Centennial Trail, a busy trail for pedestrians and cyclists in Snohomish County. Thankfully, no one was on the trail at the time.

Eventually troopers were able to use spike strips to end the pursuit. Alejandro, according to Axtman, gave police one explanation for the chaos: He was “trying to teach his dog how to drive.”…

One drug that doctors have mentioned repeatedly as a possible therapy for COVID-19, holds out hope for reducing severity and duration of symptoms. And now Chicagoans will be first in line to test it.

FDA Issues Emergency Use Authorization Of Trump-Touted Drug To Treat Coronavirus – Daily Wire

Thank The Second Amendment: Armed Hero Stops Possible Mass Shooting – Washington Examiner

How can you tell whether or not the liberal media will pick up an incident of gun violence and turn it into a national story?

It’s simple: If the shooting is successful, they will give it wall-to-wall coverage for a week. If it is stopped by an armed citizen, however, the liberal media will almost always pretend it never happened or glance over the story with only brief mention or coverage.

This oversight is perhaps a bit more understandable at the moment, given the national coronavirus crisis consuming the country and dominating media coverage. But it’s still absolutely worth highlighting the heroic story of a man who on Friday shot and stopped an armed shooter who opened fire on shoppers at a shopping center in Oklahoma.

“A man with a concealed carry permit reportedly told arriving officers that he shot the woman after she started shooting at customers outside the shopping center,” the Tulsa World reports…

America’s Superb, Unappreciated President – John Perazzo

It has been a very long time since Americans last saw such a clear distinction between the considerable leadership qualities of their president, and the shameless political maneuverings of an opposition party constantly lusting for power. Let us review exactly what has happened in this country over the past two months, vis-a-vis the coronavirus pandemic.

On January 29, President Donald Trump created a White House Coronavirus Task Force to coordinate the federal government’s response to the virus outbreak and to keep the American people as informed about it as possible.

At that time, you might recall, congressional Democrats were giving precisely ZERO attention to the coronavirus threat. They had not held even a single hearing – for even a single moment – about the matter.

Instead, they had spent the preceding four months entirely obsessed with one agenda item: impeaching President Trump and trying to remove him from office…

Singapore To Jail People For 6 Months For Standing Too Close To Strangers – Summit News

Singapore is set to punish people who stand too close to strangers with 6 months in prison as the true scope of “social distancing” measures begins to be felt around the world.

According to a press release from the country’s Ministry of Health, Singaporeans who fail to maintain a distance of one meter from other people during “non-transient” public interactions can be fined 10,000 Singapore dollars ($6,985) or hit with 6 months in jail.

The measure is obviously designed to target groups of people who congregate or people who visit their friends and relatives.

As the resentment of being forced to live under quarantine lockdown for weeks and possibly months builds, authorities across the world are undoubtedly going to face a growing backlash from the citizenry, no matter how bad the spread of coronavirus.

In France, a 35-year-old man was sent to prison after repeatedly violating lockdown measures after being found guilty of “endangering the lives of others.”…

Record 3.3 Million Americans Filed For Unemployment Benefits This Week – Zero Hedge

The pace at which Americans are losing their jobs is absolutely breathtaking. According to the Wall Street Journal, the largest number of new claims for unemployment benefits ever recorded in a single week prior to this year was 695,000 during the week that ended October 2nd, 1982.

So that means that what we are now witnessing is completely unprecedented, as The US Department of Labor reports a stunning increase of 3.283 million people sought initial jobless claims last week amid the virus lockdowns (almost double the expectation of a 1.7million increase).

The Bureau of Labor Statistics says that nearly every single state cited Covid-19 in its reporting.

Service industries were hit hard, but the BLS says other industries were cited: health care and social assistance, arts, entertainment and recreation, transportation and warehousing, and manufacturing. Only three states had estimated claims…

Trump Administration To Designate Venezuela As State Sponsor Of Terrorism, Charge Nicolas Maduro – WREG

The Trump administration is expected to designate Venezuela as a state sponsor of terrorism as soon as Thursday and bring charges against the country’s president, Nicolás Maduro, according to five sources familiar with the situation, in a momentous move that will mark a modern low point in relations between the U.S. and the ailing socialist state.

The designation puts Venezuela in the company of only four other countries – North Korea, Iran, Sudan and Syria – that have “repeatedly provided support for acts of international terrorism,” and will enable the U.S. government to implement further crippling sanctions on the Maduro regime.

Prosecutors from the U.S. Department of Justice are also expected to unseal criminal charges against Maduro and senior leaders from his government, the sources said. It’s unclear what specific crimes they are being accused of, but the sources said they were related to the country’s extensive drug trafficking efforts…

A Tale Of Two Pandemics: Media Downplayed Swine Flu Outbreak Under Obama – Issues & Insights

The potential impact of the coronavirus might still be unknown, but the media hype is already plain as day. Particularly when you compare how they are covering this pandemic with the last one, which happened to occur when Barack Obama was in the White House.

To get a sense of the differences in how the press treated these two outbreaks of brand new viruses, let’s look at how the New York Times and CNN – the bellwethers of mainstream journalism in print and on TV – covered each at similar points in the outbreak.

The day after the World Health Organization declared the coronavirus a pandemic, and President Donald Trump gave a national address, CNN’s front page was almost entirely devoted to coronavirus.

On the newsstands, two-thirds of the New York Times’ front page was devoted entirely to coronavirus stories. Obviously, a new deadly disease that is spreading across the country is a big story, as is the WHO’s declaration that it’s now a pandemic…

174 House Dems: Convicted Terrorists Must Not Be Barred From Working For TSA – Robert Spencer

As old Joe Biden would say, Look, Fat, look, here’s the deal: I’ve been warning for years that it would sooner or later become “Islamophobic” to offer even the mildest opposition to jihad violence, and that the “Islamophobia” mongers would become increasingly open about their support for jihad terrorists, and here we are.

On Thursday, 174 Democrats in the House of Representatives voted against an amendment to the Rights for Transportation Security Officers Act that would prevent the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) from hiring convicted terrorists.

Yes, you read that right: if these House Democrats had gotten their way, on your next flight, you could have gotten a pat-down from a TSA agent who previously conspired to down the airplane you were planning to fly on.

House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R., Calif.) explained that the amendment “was pulled back by leadership because the socialist wing of the party did not want to have that amendment go forward on this bill…

Leftist Insanity Update: New York Allows Minors To Change Sex On Birth Certificates – Big League Politics

Last month a transgender (biologically female) child sued the state of New York. The lawsuit was filed because the transgender child wished to change the sex listed on their birth certificate.

Up until this lawsuit, changing the sex designation on a minor’s birth certificate was not allowed under New York law. It was only allowed for adults.

The legal team of the transgender child argued that not being allowed to change the sex listed on one’s birth certificate to match one’s claimed gender identity was a violation of both the 1st and 14th amendments.

The transgender child won the lawsuit. It is now legal for a minor to change the sex listed on their birth certificate if they have parental approval.

Letitia James, Attorney General of the state of New York, agreed with the decision. James referred to the former law as, “an outdated policy to stop us from providing every individual with equal dignity and respect.”…

Coronavirus By the Numbers: 83% Of Affected Countries Have Infection Mortality Rates Of Less Than 1% – Gateway Pundit

According to the most recent data at Worldometer tracking website, the coronavirus mortality rates for individuals catching the virus are declining at a rate closer to the numbers we expect to see in a typical flu virus as the denominator continues to increase on a global scale.

According to the most recent data the mortality rate for those infected with the coronavirus is getting closer to what you would expect from a normal flu virus and in many cases is less.

According to the U.S. Surgeon General Jerome Adams the average age of death of the coronavirus is 80-year-olds. The death rate for the coronavirus appears similar to the flu as the death rates are highest among the elderly:

Bernie Sanders Brings On Terrorist Supporter As Senior Adviser – Daniel Greenfield

On September 1970, terrorists from the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine hijacked four passenger planes headed for New York City. The Marxist terrorists separated Jewish passengers and took them hostage.

The hijackings ushered in the age of modern airline security with x-ray machines and armed sky marshals, and the War on Terror, when President Nixon ordered an attack on the terrorists.

(President Nixon’s order to bomb the terrorist encampments was never carried out due to Secretary of State Henry Kissinger and Defense Secretary Melvin Laird undermining his decision. “I didn’t have a big argument about it: I just didn’t do it,” Laird recalled. He then told Admiral Thomas Hinman Moorer, the head of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, to lie that there was too much cloud cover to bomb the terrorists.)

ObamaCare: 10 Years Of Distress And Disappointment – Chris Talgo

March 2020 marks the 10th anniversary of the passage of the Affordable Care Act, also known as ObamaCare. In its first decade, ObamaCare has failed to solve many of the health care problems it was supposed to address. Even worse, it has compounded many of the issues it was meant to fix – the law of unintended consequences in action.

First, then-candidate Barack Obama said his namesake act would “cut the cost of a typical family’s premiums by up to $2,500 a year.”

In reality, the opposite has occurred. According to the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), “premiums have doubled for individual health insurance plans since 2013, the year before many of Obamacare’s regulations and mandates took effect.”

Even more shocking, HHS reports, “Average individual market premiums more than doubled from $2,784 per year in 2013 to $5,712 on Healthcare.gov in 2017-an increase of $2,928 or 105%.”…

The Trump administration has asked the Supreme Court to rule on the legality of its “Remain in Mexico” policy that was suspended last week by an appeals court. The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals struck down the policy except in Texas and New Mexico.

Also known as the “Migrant Protection Protocols” (MPP), the policy requires migrants asking for asylum to wait in Mexico for their court appearance. It’s been a vital tool for border security and the Pentagon fears that if the Supreme Court refuses to act, suspension of the MPP, which ends March 12, would mean tens of thousands of illegals and asylum-seekers who are in Mexico rushing the border.

Fox News:

Officials say it has been vital in bringing down numbers at the border, shrinks down the time to get cases processed, and has reduced the “pull factor” bringing migrants north. Specifically, it helps end “catch and release”…

MAGA Update: U.S. Economy Added 273,000 Jobs In February – National Review

The U.S. economy added 273,000 new jobs in February, almost 100,000 more positions than economists predicted.

The unemployment rate dropped back to 3.5 percent, matching a half-century low, according to data released Friday by the Bureau of Labor Statistics. Wages increased 3.0 percent year over year compared to last February, and 0.3 percent over the month.

Meanwhile, December and January jobs reports were revised up even further a total of 85,000 new jobs.

Job growth was particularly strong in the health care and science sectors as businesses added jobs related to fighting the spreading coronavirus. The restaurant industry and construction companies also added jobs, and the federal government added about 7,000 temporary workers for the Census.

Much of the data was recorded before the coronavirus began to spread within the U.S. in the second half of February, rattling investors and businesses…

Fake Indian Suspends Presidential Campaign – Boston Herald

Elizabeth Warren is suspending her presidential campaign after failing to secure a single statewide victory on Super Tuesday – and is withholding her endorsement.

“I will not be running for president in 2020,” Warren said during a press conference outside her home in Cambridge Thursday afternoon. “But I guarantee I will stay in the fight for hardworking folks across this country who got the short end of the stick over and over.”

Warren did not endorse either U.S. Sen. Bernie Sanders or former Vice President Joe Biden on Thursday.

“Let’s take a deep breath and spend a little time on that,” she said, telling her supporters to do the same. “We don’t have to decide right this minute.”

West Virginia Sentences Man To 775 Years For Recording Sex Abuse Of Infant – Breitbart

A West Virginia man who was convicted of filming the sexual abuse of an infant was handed a hefty 775-year-sentence on Wednesday.

Richard Smith II, 41, was convicted in February on 11 counts of first-degree sexual abuse, four counts of sexual assault, and five counts of sexual abuse by someone responsible for a child, Fox 13 reported.

Kanawha Circuit Judge Tera Salango did not hold back when she passed sentence. Salango handed Smith between 205 and 775 years behind bars.

“I think that you are one of the most evil persons who I’ve ever encountered,” the judge said in court.

The charges added up quickly. Each of the first-degree sexual assault charges carry between 5 and 25 years in jail, the four sexual assault charges carry a sentence of 25 to 100 years, and the abuse of trust charges have between 10 and 20 years attached…

Public School’s Gender-Neutral Bathroom Closed After Student Arrest For Sexual Assault – Breitbart

An 18-year-old Wisconsin high school student was arrested Thursday for fourth-degree sexual assault, child enticement, and exposing his genitals to a child in the school’s gender-neutral bathroom.

Phone-Obsessed Idiot Drives New Car Off Bridge Into River While Fiddling With Handset – Daily Mail

A Chinese driver has crashed his new car into a river on his way to work while he was playing on his phone behind the wheel. The motorist veered off the course when he suddenly noticed pedestrians on the road, according to police.

The man escaped from the car by kicking open a door after it plunged into the waterway. He sustained a dislocated shoulder. The accident took place on the morning of February 21 in Meitan County, south-western China’s Guizhou Province, said local police.

The driver, named by local media as Mr Zhang, had just got a number plate for his vehicle 10 minutes before the crash. He told the police that he had bought the car second-hand for around 20,000 yuan (£2,239) before the start of the year.

He said: ‘I left for work at half past eight. I was looking for my phone and looking at it [while I was driving] and then saw two people in front of my car. ‘I turned the steering wheel sharply to avoid hitting them. And then I fell off (the bridge) like this.’…

Gropey Joe Confuses His Wife With His Sister In Super Tuesday Victory Speech – Big League Politics

Joe Biden confused his wife with his sister during his Super Tuesday victory speech, raising more questions about the mental acuity of the former Vice President who has consistently proven to be prone to confused mental gaffes throughout his campaign.

iden was speaking in California after closing polls showed him to have won strong victories across the country in Democratic Primaries, sweeping the southern states and even taking surprise victories in Minnesota and Massachusetts.

As of late Tuesday night he appears primed for a possible upset victory in Texas, which would put the former Vice President on track for the Democratic nomination. But the man seems more in need of focus of his immediate surroundings than he is on strategy for bringing the Democratic primary home…

Gropey Joe Makes Comeback On Super Tuesday; Crazy Bernie Takes California – Epoch Times

Democratic candidate Joe Biden proved to be victorious across a half dozen southern states holding contests on Super Tuesday, just days after his campaign appeared to be in serious trouble.

The former vice president won a majority in states across the South, Midwest, and New England as Americans in 14 states voted for a Democratic challenger to Republican President Donald Trump in the Nov. 3 election.

Biden grabbed highly significant victories in Virginia, North Carolina, and Alabama, adding to his wins across Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Tennessee. He also took Minnesota despite being third in the polls until Amy Klobuchar dropped out on Sunday. She endorsed Biden on Monday.

The Democratic nominee also dealt a humiliating blow to Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) in her home state of Massachusetts, with initial results showing Biden with nearly 34 percent of the state’s vote, Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) in second with about 27 percent, and Warren trailing behind in third with roughly 20 percent…

Fed Cuts Rates By Half A Percentage Point To Combat Coronavirus Slowdown – CNBC

The Federal Reserve announced an emergency rate cut Tuesday of half a percentage point in response to the growing economic threat from the novel coronavirus.

The move was the first such cut since December 2008, during the financial crisis. It comes amid a volatile patch on Wall Street and amid a steady stream of hectoring from President Donald Trump, who has called for lower rates to stay competitive with policy at other global central banks.

“The coronavirus poses evolving risks to economic activity,” the Fed said in a statement. “In light of these risks and in support of achieving its maximum employment and price stability goals, the Federal Open Market Committee decided today to lower the target range for the federal funds rate.”…

President Trump Files Lawsuit Against Washington Post For False And Defamatory Statements – Right Scoop

The Trump campaign has just filed a lawsuit against the Washington Post for both false and defamatory statements in their reporting in two articles.

Mitch McConnell is making one more likely” (the “June 13 Article”), by Greg Sargent, which contained the defamatory claim that Special Counsel Robert Mueller concluded that the Campaign “tried to conspire with” a “sweeping and systematic” attack by Russia against the 2016 United States presidential election.

Benjamin Netanyahu Defeats Benny Gantz With Striking 60-Seat Bloc – Jerusalem Post

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu succeeded in winning 60 seats for his bloc of right-wing and religious parties in Monday’s election, one less than he needed for a majority in the Knesset, according to exit polls on the three television networks.

The polls indicated that Netanyahu’s Likud won 36-37 seats. Its allies in Shas, UTJ and Yamina won 9, 7-8 and 6-7 respectively. The polls showed Blue and White with 33 seats, its ally Labor-Gesher-Meretz 6-7, the Joint List 14015 and Yisrael Beytenu 6-8.

The numbers are expected to change overnight. The votes of soldiers, who tend to lean to the right, have not yet been counted and the Joint List tends to go down a seat when the soldiers’ votes are added. But, if the Right does not obtain its 61st seat, it could end up being because the far-right Otzma Yehudit refused Netanyahu’s repeated requests to quit the race.

Netanyahu immediately tweeted “thank you.”

Leftist Psychopathy Update: Brooklyn School Gives ‘Drag Queen In Training’ Stickers To 4-Year-Olds At Story Hour Event – Big League Politics

A report on social media has indicated that a Brooklyn school was handing out “drag queen in training” stickers to four-year-old children following a showing of story hour.

German Court Rejects Attempt To Enshrine Sharia Law – Zero Hedge

Germany’s Federal Constitutional Court has ruled that the constitutionally guaranteed religious freedoms of Muslims can be curtailed if public displays of religiosity – in this case wearing Islamic headscarves in German courtrooms – endanger the ideological and religious neutrality of the state.

The case involves a 38-year-old German-Moroccan law student who was born in Frankfurt and customarily wears a headscarf in public. In January 2017, she began legal training in the German state of Hesse, where the law bans any expression of religion in its courtrooms for judges, lawyers and legal trainees.

According to the law, legal trainees (rechtsreferendar) are allowed to wear a headscarf – except when they are performing certain official tasks in which they serve as representatives of the judiciary or the state.

This means, for instance, that trainee lawyers are not allowed to wear a headscarf when presiding over a hearing, taking evidence or representing the public prosecution office…

Trump Team Yanking Green Cards From Immigrants Who Abuse U.S. Welfare System – Washington Times

Conservatives have been trying for decades to create an immigration system that rewards immigrants who won’t be a burden on society and discourages those who will.

The Trump administration this week began enforcing the “public charge” rule, giving U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services the authority to refuse green cards – the key step on the path to citizenship – to people who have used a wide range of nonemergency welfare programs.

“The main reason this got done is because we have a president who is determined enough to make self-sufficiency matter again in a meaningful way,” said Ken Cuccinelli, who pushed through the rule as acting chief of USCIS and is now acting deputy secretary at the Department of Homeland Security. “That kind of entrepreneurial mentality is a natural for him.”

Like most of President Trump’s other immigration moves, this one has survived an onslaught of court challenges, howls of complaints from Democrats on Capitol Hill and fierce opposition of immigration rights groups, who called it racist and elitist…

Democrats Demand Open Borders For The Coronavirus – Daniel Greenfield

Over 90 Chinese migrants were caught by the Border Patrol trying to enter the United States this year.

Border Patrol personnel have been handed respirators and told to isolate the large number of Chinese migrants who are continuing to illegally enter the United States.
