Did anyone else notice that the NFL forgot about Dan Reeves death?

Dan Reeves passed away on New Years Day, just four days after another football legend, John Madden. Sunday, the NFL, and sports outlets profusely mourned and celebrated the greatness of Madden. Reeves? He was pretty much ignored. Consider Reeves contributions to the game

Reeves won 190 games, coached the Broncos to three Super Bowls, XXI, XXII, and XXIV and the Falcons to one, Super Bowl XXXIII . He won Coach of the Year twice. As a Dallas Cowboy, he played eight seasons, and played in two Super Bowls, V and VI, and was an assistant coach as the Cowboys reached Super Bowl X, XII, and XIII. Yet, despite that, he was, for what I saw was ignored on Sunday.

The NFL should be ashamed frankly.
