Trump Appointed Judge Temporarily Blocks Health Worker Covid-19 Mandates In 10 States – Big League Politics

A federal judge on Monday blocked 10 states from implementing Biden Administration Covid-19 shot requirements, finding the agency that issued the rule forcing healthcare workers to get jabbed likely exceeded its authority.

The ruling by U.S. District Judge Matthew Schelp in St. Louis temporarily prevents the U.S. Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) from enacting a Covid-19 shot mandate for healthcare workers until the court can take time to hear legal challenges argued by the 10 states.

Judge Matthew Schlep represents the Eastern District of Missouri and was appointed to his position by Former President Donald Trump in December of 2019.

The ruling is yet another legal setback for the Biden Administration’s arguably unconstitutional requirements that intend to destroy the livelihoods of American workers who choose whether or not experimental medicine will be injected into their bodies.

It was just last month that a federal appeals court in New Orleans blocked a massive mandate by the Biden administration that would make COVID-19 shots compulsory on all American companies with 100 or more employees…
