The obsession over one’s “identity” is perverse, and it is, in my view putting harmful pressure on the kids of today, especially girls. It has moved past some teens just obsessing over some “identity”, now, it has gotten to the point that they feel pressure to have an identity, and making one up out of this air, is, apparently acceptable. And by acceptable, I mean mandatory. This should not stun anyone I suppose. After all, if your identity is all that matters, then not having one is, well, sinful. The Other McCain looks at the daughter of New York mayor, Andrew Cuomo, the Demisexual
“Demisexual” is one of those made-up words used in social-media profiles by young people with mental-health problems, who can now claim as their celebrity role model Michaela Kennedy-Cuomo, who is the youngest of the three daughters of New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo and Kerry Kennedy (the daughter of Robert F. Kennedy).
But this is the game: To make everyone LGBT, they invent “queer” labels for straight girls to call themselves.
Shaming straight people — boring, conventional, lame sexual normies — is so vicious, especially to status- and identity-obsessed young girls, that they scramble to find any “LGBT” category to assign themselves to to avoid the stigma of being a mere breeder.
As you can see from her “identity shopping” — notice she never struck upon the possibility that, like 98% of women, she was just a run-of-the-mill straight girl who liked boys.
That was not a possibility — she could never be just that.
She had to have a “sexuality” that made her a star, someone the representatives of the ruling class in her school and in the media counted as interesting, virtuous, and special. . . .
I’ve mentioned this before, but I know (of course) people with high-school age kids, and, with girls especially: They all feel massively pressured to “come out” as some shade of gay or transexual.
Girls are especially susceptible to peer and media pressure, and when everyone in the regular media and on social media is telling you that to be straight is to be a kind of low-class, low-IQ pervert, many, many straight girls are going to decide they’re some kind of bisexual.
Or a “demisexual.
So, heterosexual is not “cool” anymore, maybe this is the beginning of the “cancelling” of straight people? That would be a shocking question to even ponder, except, well, we know the Left is seeking to destroy America, piece by piece. Such a goal, if it is to ever be achieved, must include destroying every bit of the American ideal, so why should destroying everything normal about sexuality? After all, everything now is one’s “IDENTITY”. If you believe I might be reading too much into this Consider this
Michaela Kennedy-Cuomo, 23, who came out in an Instagram post last month as “queer,” declared herself “demisexual” this week during an appearance on Instagram.
“Demisexual people only feel sexually attracted to someone when they have an emotional bond,” according to WebMD.
“When I was in elementary school, I feared that I was lesbian. When I was in middle school, I came out to my family and close friends as bisexual. When I was in high school, I discovered pansexuality and thought, ‘That’s the flag for me.’ And I’ve recently learned more about demisexuality, and have believed that that identity resonates with me most,” she said on a livestream with Donato Tramuto, the former CEO of Tivity Health and a donor to the Robert F. Kennedy Center, which employs her mother, Kerry Kennedy.
So, she seems to have been shopping for an identity it would seem, searching since elementary school? Elementary school?
Kennedy-Cuomo said she has “always dreamed of a world in which nobody will have to come out, because everybody’s sexuality will be assumed fluid […] but in a world that force-feeds cisgender heterosexuality, coming out of the closet is a lifelong process of unpacking internalized social constructions and stigmas.
So, if the idea isn’t to “cancel” Heterosexuality, why then does she want a world where ” nobody will have to come out, because everybody’s sexuality will be assumed fluid? In such a world, no one would be “straight” and why is this a desirable goal? Because Heterosexuals are bigots apparently. Focus on her words
“in a world that force-feeds cisgender heterosexuality, coming out of the closet is a lifelong process of unpacking internalized social constructions and stigmas.”
So, can we expect Heterosexuals to begin to be shamed and smeared soon? Maybe Hetero Privilege is a term we might start hearing soon? Maybe people who are only attracted to the opposite sex will be routinely smeared by the Left? Maybe sensitivity classes are in store for the heretics who only sleep with the opposite sex? Sadly, I would say I will only be surprised if these things do not happen
