Mom Leaves Infant In Running Car To Do Shots In Club, Hurls Racial Slur At Cops During Arrest – Crime Online

A mother in Texas was arrested early Sunday, accused of leaving her infant baby asleep in a running car as she drank alcohol in a nightclub.

KWTX reported that officers who responded to Trackside Night Club found the infant in a safety seat in the backseat of a car. Minutes later, officers reportedly located Samantha Grace Vaughan, 26, inside the club, and noted that she reeked of alcohol.

An affidavit charged that Vaughan admitted to having two shots after she drove to the club to get her husband and went inside to use the bathroom. Her blood alcohol was reportedly later found to be 0.148, nearly twice the legal limit.

Vaughan allegedly fought the officers, yelling and thrashing her body, as they took her into custody. The news station reported that she suffered a head laceration when she smashed her head into a steel bar in a squad car on two instances.

“You will not take my child and place her with a f**king n****r,” she allegedly uttered…

Scientists Create Contact Lenses That Zoom On Command – Engadget
.

.
Nosebleed seats may soon be a thing of the past. Scientists at the University of California San Diego have created a prototype contact lens that is controlled by the eye’s movements. Wearers can make the lenses zoom in or out by simply blinking twice.

A paper detailing the team’s findings was published this month in Advanced Functional Materials.

The biomimetic lens are made of stretchy polymer films that respond to the electric signals generated by your eyes when they make a movement, such as blinking. Known as electrooculographic signals, humans are even capable of emitting the electric impulses when they’re sleeping…

Illegal Alien Raped 13-Year-Old Girl Multiple Times – USIACR

An El Salvadoran citizen who has been living illegally in the United States for almost a decade has been arrested and now faces multiple charges of first degree rape of a child.

The U.S. Marshal’s Fugitive Task Force and U.S. Border Patrol-New Orleans Sector agents arrested Andres Fuentes-Castro on July 18. Fuentes-Castro has been charged with three counts of first degree rape of a child between 2014 and 2016.

In 2007, Fuentes-Castro was briefly detained in Baton Rouge after a traffic stop, but he was released because he had come to the United States under Temporary Protective Status, according to the U.S. Customs and Border Protection.

In 2010, Fuentes-Castro’s protective status expired, and he failed to return to his country. He is being held at Orleans Parish Prison until he can be returned to Baton Rouge for trial on the rape charges.

Fuentes-Castro will eventually be deported to El Salvador, according to CBP…

Analysis: Dem Candidates Call For More Than $200 Trillion In Spending – Washington Free Beacon
.

.
Democratic candidates for the 2020 nomination have promised more than $210 trillion in new spending across the field, analysis by the Washington Free Beacon shows.

Of the 26 declared candidates – including Rep. Eric Swalwell (D., Calif.) who dropped out earlier this month – most have put enormous new government programs front and center in their campaigns. Totaling up these proposals gives taxpaying voters a sense of the budget priorities of the average Democratic candidate.

That overall figure is an undercount, as it is based only on proposals for which the Free Beacon could identify actual spending estimates. The true figure is much larger. For example, Sen. Bernie Sanders’s (I., Vt.) Medicare for All proposal is included, while Sen. Kamala Harris’s (D., Calif.) is not, because no cost assessment for the latter could be identified…

China Gathers Forces On Hong Kong Border Amid Unrest – Zero Hedge

Massive anti-Beijing protests which have gripped Hong Kong over the past month, and have become increasingly violent as both an overwhelmed local police force and counter-protesters have hit back with force, are threatening to escalate on a larger geopolitical scale after the White House weighed in this week.

With China fast losing patience, there are new reports of a significant build-up of Chinese security forces on Hong Kong’s border, as Bloomberg reports:

The White House is monitoring what a senior administration official called a congregation of Chinese forces on Hong Kong’s border.

From nearly the start of the protests which began over a proposed extradition bill (which would see Hong Kong citizens under legal accusation potentially extradited to the mainland) interpreted as major Chinese overreach inside historically semi-autonomous Hong Kong, officials in Beijing have suggested an “external plot” afoot, more recently alleging the hidden hand of the United States…

Sweden’s Impending Moral And Economic Collapse – Frontpage
.

.
The “Nordic Paradise” that was Sweden until a few decades ago, has become a virtual nightmare with the influx of thousands of migrants from the Middle East, most of them unwilling to assimilate.

The homogeneous society that was once Sweden, with low crime, and strong work ethics, has turned into a multicultural society, replete with crime, social instability, and declining productivity.

For the many believers in the workability of social democracy, Sweden was a model of success and admiration. While personal taxes were high, the state provided its citizens with a lavish social welfare system and cradle-to-grave social services…

DemoNazi Governor Of California Signs Unconstitutional Bill Requiring Trump To Release Tax Returns To Be On 2020 Ballot – Epoch Times

California Gov. Gavin Newsom, a Democrat, signed a bill on Tuesday, July 30 that requires President Donald Trump to release his tax returns to the public if he wants to appear on the state’s primary ballot next year.

“These are extraordinary times and states have a legal and moral duty to do everything in their power to ensure leaders seeking the highest offices meet minimal standards, and to restore public confidence.

The disclosure required by this bill will shed light on conflicts of interest, self-dealing, or influence from domestic and foreign business interest,” Newsom, a staunch opponent of Trump, wrote in a statement after signing the bill.

Jay Sekulow, counsel to the president, said in a statement that “the State of California’s attempt to circumvent the Constitution will be answered in court,” according to Fox News.

Tim Murtaugh, an official with Trump’s 2020 campaign, said the law was unconstitutional…

Judge Dismisses DNC Hacking Lawsuit Against Trump Team, Says Claims ‘Entirely Divorced From The Facts’ – Fox News
.

.
A federal judge in frank terms Tuesday dismissed a lawsuit by the Democratic National Committee (DNC) against key members of the Trump campaign and WikiLeaks over hacked DNC documents, saying they “did not participate in any wrongdoing in obtaining the materials in the first place” and therefore bore no legal liability for disseminating the information.

The ruling came as Democrats increasingly have sought to tie the Trump team to illegal activity in Russia, in spite of former Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s findings that the campaign in fact refused multiple offers by Russians to involve them in hacking and disinformation efforts.

President Trump, in a tweet late Tuesday, noted that the judge in the case, John Koeltl, was appointed by Bill Clinton…

President Trump Warns China Not To Wait For 2020 Election To Make Trade Deal – The Hill

President Trump is warning China not to wait until the 2020 election to reach a trade agreement.

In a series of morning tweets on Tuesday, Trump said that China could get a “GREAT” deal if a Democrat wins the presidential election. He added, however, that if he wins reelection, the deal offered to China will be “tougher” than the one currently being negotiated. He also warned of the possibility of “no deal at all.”

“They should probably wait out our Election to see if we get one of the Democrat stiffs like Sleepy Joe. Then they could make a GREAT deal, like in past 30 years, and continue… to ripoff the USA, even bigger and better than ever before,” Trump said.

“The problem with them waiting, however, is that if & when I win, the deal that they get will be much tougher than what we are negotiating now… or no deal at all,” he added. “We have all the cards, our past leaders never got it!” …

Illegal Alien Bought Baby For $80 In Guatemala To Get Priority Release In U.S. – Epoch Times

Children are being rented, bought, recycled, and kidnapped so that single adults, mostly men from Central America, can gain quick release into the United States after crossing the border illegally. The cost of renting a child varies.

“We’ve had indications… that it could cost anywhere from a few hundred – or even in some cases, less than $100 – up to $1,000 or more,” said Kevin McAleenan, acting Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), during a congressional hearing on July 18.

McAleenan said in one case, a 51-year-old illegal alien had purchased a 6-month-old baby for $80 in Guatemala so that he could easily get into the United States. The man, a Honduran national, confessed to border agents when he was faced with a DNA test.

“We’ve seen all manner of smuggling organizations communicating to potential customers and to those crossing the border how to bring a child with them to be allowed to stay in the United States,” McAleenan said…

The American Center for Law and Justice finally got some satisfaction from its numerous FOIA requests to the Department of Justice.

It took a specific court order from a federal judge to release long-secret documents that might raise a few eyebrows among those who are still interested in matters pertaining to Hillary Clinton’s aides and the former secretary of state’s missing emails.

The ACLJ has obtained the DOJ’s infamous immunity agreements with Hillary Clinton’s top aides Cheryl Mills and Heather Samuelson – documents previously unreleased to the public and which include the DOJ attempting to enter an agreement not to comply with the requirements of FOIA…

Capital One Target Of Massive Data Breach – Epoch Times

A hacker gained access to personal information from more than 100 million Capital One credit applications, the bank said on Monday, July 29, as federal authorities arrested a suspect in the case.

Paige A. Thompson – who also goes by the handle “erratic” – was charged with a single count of computer fraud and abuse in U.S. District Court in Seattle. Thompson made an initial appearance in court and was ordered to remain in custody pending a detention hearing Thursday.

The hacker got information including credit scores and balances plus the Social Security numbers of about 140,000 customers, the bank said. It will offer free credit monitoring services to those affected.

The FBI raided Thompson’s residence Monday and seized digital devices. An initial search turned up files that referenced Capital One and “other entities that may have been targets of attempted or actual network intrusions.”…

Rep. John Ratcliffe To Replace Dan Coats As Director Of National Intelligence – Daily Caller

Republican Texas Rep. John Ratcliffe will replace Dan Coats as Director of National Intelligence (DNI) after months of issues between President Donald Trump and the intelligence community.

Trump announced Sunday that Ratcliffe would replace Coats, whose last day in office will be August 15, according to Trump’s tweet. Trump and Coats have publicly butted heads during the latter’s two-year tenure as DNI.

The president has been toying with the idea of getting rid of Coats for months, sources familiar with the situation previously told the Daily Caller. “A former U.S. Attorney, John will lead and inspire greatness for the Country he loves,” Trump tweeted Sunday.

Axios first reported the news on July 12 that Trump was hoping to replace Coats, who responded with a statement hitting back at the “unsubstantiated, often false rumors,” adding “I am proud to lead an IC singularly focused on the vital mission of providing timely and unbiased intelligence to President Trump…

Government Illegally Takes Child From Parents – WorldNetDaily

The Texas Home School Coalition Association has launched a petition drive and a fundraiser to help return 4-year-old Drake Pardo to his parents. The group contends the child was “illegally taken” from his family by Child Protective Services on June 20.

The family was given no explanation when the boy was seized, and CPS agents refused to answer their questions. The agents simply showed up at the family’s home, accompanied by armed officers, and demanded the child.

THSC attorney Chris Branson, representing the family, said Children’s Medical Center in Dallas reported the family to CPS after the family filed a complaint against the hospital claiming Drake received poor treatment.

The family claimed that one of Drake’s doctors refused to visit the boy while he was admitted to the hospital. “Children’s informed the family that they would review the matter and resolve it within 45 days…
