What needs to be said about Lebron James house being vandalized

For those that have not heard, LeBron James, who is the best basketball player on earth and really rich, and really blessed, had some idiot paint that word we are only allowed to give the first letter of on his home.

The media, of course, is using this to further the “America is perpetually and hopelessly racist” narrative

NBA star LeBron has spoken up about a racist incident that took place at his Los Angeles home, telling reporters that it is “tough” to be black in the US.

James spoke about the incident, which is being investigated as a possible hate crime, in a press conference scheduled for the opening of the NBA Finals.

“No matter how much money you have, no matter how famous you are, no matter how many people admire you, being black in America is tough,” he said

“We got a long way to go for us as a society and for us as African Americans until we feel equal in America.”

No, LeBron, no, and no again. What happened to your home was done by an idiot. To parrot the “this shows we have a long way to go” line is BS frankly. Most, and I mean a heavy majority of Americans, of all races really do not care about skin color. Yes, there are outliers, there always will be. But they are few. Hell, I have had people write nasty things, some racial, on vehicles. My father has as well. Guess what, those were outliers as well

It is way past time incidents like this are overblown and used to paint America as inherently flawed. America is the most racially diverse and tolerant nation on earth. No, LeBron, being Black, or any race in America is not tough, it is a blessing. So, stop playing the victim card
