More Proof That Planned Parenthood Is Pure Evil (Video)

New Video Shows Another Planned Parenthood Doctor Haggling Price Of Baby Body Parts – Big Government

.
……..

.
In the second video released today by the Center for Medical Progress, yet another senior medical adviser to Planned Parenthood of America appears to negotiate the price of selling baby body parts to actors playing entrepreneurs from a start-up biotech firm.

.

.
Dr. Mary Gatter, President of Planned Parenthood’s Medical Director’s Council, is asked, “What would you expect for intact tissue?”

Gatter starts to haggle immediately, “Why don’t you start by telling me what you’re used to paying?”

When pushed for a number, Gatter says, “Well, you know in negotiations the person who throws out the figure first is at a loss, right? So…”

When pushed again for how much her Planned Parenthood affiliate is willing to sell baby body parts for, she responds, “Okay, $75.”

When the buyer tells her that number seems low Gatter responds, “I was going to say $50.”

Then the buy offers her $100 to which Gatter quickly responds, “Okay.”

After the first video was released last week in which Dr. Deborah Nucatola also appears to negotiate the price of fetal body parts, Planned Parenthood insisted that the price Nucatola mentioned was only related to the costs incurred by Planned Parenthood with no profit involved. In the Nucatola video, however, she is seen and heard explaining that the Planned Parenthood affiliates in the body parts business wanted to do more than “break even.”

In this second video, shot in February at a restaurant in Pasadena, Gatter seems willing to accept a higher and higher price.

What’s more, in the beginning of the video, she talks about an earlier situation where a company called Novogenix used to come to her abortion clinic to buy specimens: “Heather, a Novogenix person would come to the site and our staff would sign the patients up and get consent. And then Heather would look at the tissue and take what she required. So logistically it was very easy for us. We didn’t have to do anything.”

This statement would seem to contradict the need of a higher and higher price for doing nothing except letting a technician from another company come into the facility and take specimens. While she seems willing to accept higher prices, Gatter does claim Planned Parenthood is “not in it for the money” and they do not want to appear to be selling body parts.

At the end of the video, like Nucatola, Gatter talks about changing the abortion technique to get intact specimens, changing from a rather violent suction method that would destroy tissue to what she calls an IPAS, which is a reference to a nonprofit company that makes and distributes “manual vacuum aspirators” which would be a less harmful way to get at the internal organs. She said there would be protocol issues with the patient but that she saw no problem with it. She calls it a “less crunchy” way to get intact organs.

At the end of the tape provided by CMP, Gatter jokes about wanting “a Lamborghini” for body parts.

This new video will no doubt stoke the fires that are now burning in Congress and in states around the country in response to the first undercover Planned Parenthood video. Already two committees in the House and Senate have called for investigations of the abortion giant, along with five state governments.

The sale or purchase of human fetal tissue is a felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison or a fine of up to $500,000 (42 U.S.C. 289g-2).

CMP’s Project Lead David Daleiden said, “Planned Parenthood’s top leadership had admitted they harvest aborted baby parts and receive payments for this. Planned Parenthood’s only denial is that they make money off of baby parts, but that is a desperate lie that becomes more and more untenable as CMP reveals their business operations and statements that prove otherwise.”

Federal law does allow for body parts to be donated and for basic expenses to be recouped, including expenses related to “reasonable payments associated with the transportation, implantation, processing, preservation, quality control, or storage of human fetal tissue.” Putting aside the grisly business of buying and selling organs harvested from unborn babies, it seems increasingly likely that Planned Parenthood is going to have to explain how the prices sited by both Nucatola and now Gatter fit in with such “reasonable payments,” and they’re going to have to explain it in front of legislative committees and perhaps even prosecutors and attorneys general.

Deborah Nucatola – the Planned Parenthood doc with the stone-cold heart and the lucrative skill of “crushing” babies in just the right spot – has been advising the Obama administration on family planning policy since 2010.

From April 2010 through April 2014, Nucatola was one of several experts the U.S. Health and Human Services Office of Population Affairs (OPA) and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Division of Reproductive Health tasked with creating federal guidelines for “quality family planning services.” A member of the “Expert Work Group” and the “Technical Panel on Clinical Women’s Services,” Nucatola was actively engaged in the “multistage process” that produced the government’s 2014 report, “Providing Quality Family Planning Services” (QFP).

Her responsibilities as a “technical” consultant and an “expert” included analyzing research summaries and professional advisories, providing “individual feedback” on the government’s initial recommendations, “reviewing” the CDC-OPA staff’s “core recommendations,” giving her expert “opinion,” and then approving the recommendations. (See the report’s appendices for the names of Expert Work Group members and technical experts, and detailed descriptions of the experts’ involvement in formulating the report’s recommendations.)

What’s the goal of those government recommendations? To help “clients… achieve their desired number and spacing of children and increase the likelihood that those children are born healthy.”

Leave it to the Obama administration to tap an abortionist for “expert” advice on ensuring that children are “born healthy” – an abortionist, mind you, who relishes butchering a “17-weeker” and bagging up a tiny infant’s “heart, lung, liver” to sell for a few extra bucks.

What Do Baby Crushers Know About Health?

But there’s more. Nucatola is not the only abortionist in the government’s family-planning “Expert Work Group”: Dr. Michael Policar literally wrote the book on “abortion care.” Others, including Dr. Beth Jordan, Dr. Mark Hathaway, and Dr. Pablo Rodriguez are long-time abortion advocates and veteran providers. Another member of the group, Dr. Vanessa Cullins, is the vice-president of medical affairs for the Planned Parenthood Federation of America, the country’s largest abortion business. (Only in the delusional land of Obama can rabid abortionists “self-identify” as compassionate caregivers and “pass” as health “experts” on women and children.)

Nucatola seems to like this whole government consulting thing quite a bit. Turns out she’s done it before – numerous times. (Chopping, crushing, and dismembering really tiny little people doesn’t take that much time, you know.) In addition to her work on the 2014 family planning recommendations, Nucatola has been a consultant on several other CDC initiatives. She was a “Liaison Participant” in the 2015 work group that helped shape the 2015 “Sexually Transmitted Diseases Treatment Guidelines” the CDC released on June 5, 2015. She consulted in 2011 on revisions to the “U.S. Selected Practice Recommendations for Contraceptive Use,” released in 2013. She was an ad hoc reviewer for the CDC’s 2012 updated guidelines on contraception for HIV-infected women and an ad hoc reviewer for the CDC’s 2011 updated guidelines on contraception for post-partum women.

Her steady stream of consulting work for the CDC and other government offices raises an important question: How much are we, America’s taxpayers, paying Nucatola for her “expert opinion”? It’s not clear.

Taxpayers Reward Barbarism

The barbaric nature of Nucatola’s chosen work, however, is all too clear.

Her detached, chilling descriptions of harvesting “extremities,” “hearts,” and “livers” from unborn babies she killed stirred an old childhood memory of mine. My parents raised chickens when I was young – chickens were cheap, easy, and nutritious – important considerations for a big family. We kids would welcome the baby chicks, feed them, and later collect their eggs. Months down the road, my dad would load the chickens into crates and take them to the women who ran a nearby slaughterhouse.

No doubt, the woman who unflinchingly killed our squawking chickens, dispassionately dismembered them, and deftly bagged the prized chicken livers was a very nice person – perhaps even someone to share a glass of wine with over lunch. But to us, her role as executioner – of chickens – earned her the nickname “Wicked Witch.”

If children intuitively call a woman who butchers chickens and bags up their livers a “wicked witch,” what should we call a woman who butchers tiny babies – human beings – and bags up their livers? The Obama administration calls her a “government consultant.”

That’s reprehensible. Sen. Rand Paul and others have announced plans to defund Planned Parenthood in light of the Nucatola debacle. Good, but not enough.

We need to delegitimize Planned Parenthood and delegitimize the cruel doctors whose expertise consists in knowing which parts of the unborn baby to “crush” in order to to harvest the money-producing parts “intact.” We need to insist that being an expert in baby dismemberment disqualifies instead of qualifies a doctor from being an “expert” consultant for the government—an expert on making sure children are “born healthy,” no less.

Planned Parenthood runs a bloody business. Many Americans are seeing, for the first time, the chilling, violent reality of abortion – and the insatiable greed driving America’s abortion business. Now, the question is: What is Congress willing to do about it?

Planned Parenthood: We Did 327,653 Abortions In One Year – CNS

Planned Parenthood, the nation’s largest abortion provider, performed 327,653 abortions in one year, according to the latest data published in its 2013-2014 report.

From Oct. 1, 2012 to Sept. 30, 2013, Planned Parenthood performed 327,653 abortions. Over the course of those 365 days (or 8,760 hours), that averages out to 898 abortions per day and 37 abortions per hour.

Planned Parenthood has come under increased scrutiny recently after a video surfaced showing its senior director of medical services, Dr. Deborah Nucatola, discussing the harvesting of baby body parts.

Planned Parenthood spokesman Eric Ferrero defended the practice, saying “we help patients who want to donate tissue for scientific research, and we do this just like every other high-quality health care provider does – with full, appropriate consent from patients and under the highest ethical and legal standards.

“In some instances, actual costs, such as the cost to transport tissue to leading research centers, are reimbursed, which is standard across the medical field,” Ferroro said in a statement.

Three Republican-led congressional committees plan to hold hearings on the matter, and several members of Congress, as well as GOP presidential candidates, have called for Planned Parenthood to be defunded.

House Speaker John Boehner has also called on President Barack Obama to condemn and end the practice.
