Michael Augustine, a 53-year-old Kentucky man was jailed after he was allegedly caught masturbating in a department store parking lot.

According to police, officers were dispatched after loss-prevention officers at a Louisville Target store reported that a man was masturbating out in the store’s parking lot.
When police arrived, they found Augustine with his pants open, masturbating as patrons walked past his truck.
Augustine was booked into jail on charges of first-degree indecent exposure and second-degree disorderly conduct.
