Of course should this surprise anyone? Our political leaders not only do not consider the constitutionality of the bills they sponsor, and vote into law, they do not even MENTION the Constitution anymore. So, would anyone expect them to actually read a Supreme Court nominee’s legal opinions? Consider again the money quote from Weasel Boy.

WOW! Imagine your doctor saying to you, that no, they have not reviewed your blood tests, X-rays, and that they do not think it is important to do so. I bet you would find a new doctor in such circumstances. WEll, I think it is time, make that PAST time, we find some new political leaders!
